After a frustrating two-week wait for a simple delivery within the same city (Thane), the order has finally been delivered. It is quite a miracle that the skin—which I was told was "out of stock"—suddenly became available and was dispatched immediately after I posted my experience on external review platforms.

While I have finally received the product, the internal coordination and honesty of this brand are deeply disappointing. A customer shouldn't have to highlight a 10-day delay publicly just to get an order processed. I am keeping this at 1 star due to the sheer lack of transparency and the unnecessary headache. Shop here only if you have the patience to chase them.

They respond instantly until you pay, but then switch to silence and vague answers. After a 10-day wait for a same-city delivery, they finally admitted the item is out of stock—no alternatives offered and no clear communication provided, all while their Instagram team lied about a 're-booking.' Zero professionalism or internal coordination. I’d rather consider my money a charity donation than waste more energy chasing them. Order at your own risk.

Bought a customized skin as a gift for my friend and he loved it. Packaging was neat and the quality was top notch. Perfect gifting idea.

Had some doubts before ordering and the support team helped me quickly on WhatsApp. Delivery was on time and product quality exceeded expectations.

Good Quality products and there support team response quickly

The quality is absolutely amazing, the colours are vibrant and feels very authentic, only 1 downside that there isn’t any alignment markings to help you get it right the first time without any issues.
Other than that fantastic product.

They r the worst company I have ever seen ethically, intent wise, customer support wise, and management wise. Running a scam shop in mumbai. Spending money on PR and AI to get their advertisement done by some people. Don't buy from here be it Rajkumar Rao aur anyone doing ads. They will waste your time and money. Quality u will get anywhere but this is the place you will be scammed.
1st I order laptop skin , they sent something else and it was COD. Then I raised the complaint that except laptop skin I received everything useless for which I had to pay as it was COD.
Later they couriered again laptop skin and it was again COD. I paid and took it because now money didn't matter for me it was just checking how ethical these people are. And wow wat a useless quality skin I got. I would not stick that skin on my laptop.
I will raise complaint to authorities to check everything they do. Being in Mumbai doesn't give u privilege to behave with crap attitude and irresponsible.

I ordered a product after clicking their advertisement, and what I received was completely wrong. On top of that, the quality is absolute garbage. It looks like something picked up from the cheapest Karol Bagh street stall, yet they have the audacity to charge premium prices.

Now let’s talk about their so-called “customer support.” A woman named Padma Yadav keeps repeating the same fake line that “customer satisfaction is our top priority.” That is a blatant lie. They do not listen, they do not care, and they refuse to provide any solution.

This company is misleading customers, selling cheap knockoff products, and hiding behind scripted responses.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. You will regret it.

Well if only i could rate them -5. I order a skin through their instagram page and waited for a week only to receive a wrong devices skin. Let them know immediately and they advised that they will send a replacement, and then waited another week only to be told that they had send it to some other city and then waited 9 more days before writing this review just to let you guys know that i still have not received my akin that i payed for. Its nice and all getting skins for cheaper price but seems like their customer service and also their service in general is also cheap like their price. Id say its better to pay a little more to others and be assured to get what you payed for. even their support system is so silly that i feel like im talking to a little kid where i have to explain my situation everytime i contact them.

They sent me a damaged wrap and they said they cant return the money and can only send skin instead so asked them to wait and after some minths told them I want skin and about the previous incident and they accepted this happened and will give the discount and I paid the rest of the amount but after 4 days i didnt receive the tracking ID and they are not responding to DM's or messages on whatsapp, just took money and are not responding just watching my messages and mark as seen and no reply from them 🤬, dont buy from them.

I received a very low quality printed wrap, which is so bad than the vibrant look on the website, not even close.
There is is option to upgrade to 3M with an additional charge of ₹150 which was is a scam, to verify , I ordered one with 3M and another without , both looked alike. Then what’s the point of paying ₹150 extra.

Next I had ordered hydrogel for Apple Watch, which wasn’t sent to me,
Upon contacting these guys on Instagram these guys aren’t responsive, since 23rd Nov until today 27th nov they aren’t just repetitively asking me the same questions, like order id , pictures of the product , etc etc, I haven’t got any solution to this ,
So end of the day ,
1. The real product looks different, dull and way less vibrant than in the pictures.
2. Not easy to apply, it’s like those vinyl stickers to get cut from local number plate making guy. There’s no method of application as other professional sellers have (not mentioning other sellers here).
3. The upgrade to 3M quality brand is a 100% scam just to snatch off ₹150 off you.
4. Super bad customer support, one of the worst ever.
5. Don’t get fooled by the Instagram page with 251k+ followers I think that is also a scam.
Anyways this is all I have to say based on my experience.

Warpcart it's not just a Name It's a Brand

I bought the skin for debit card. The sticker print and the adhesive quality is very nice. The chip cutout is good and accurate. But the dimension is a bit small. It doesnt fully cover the card. Falls short. On the back side, it could have been utilised well. They just give the front sticker with a cutting line. Atleast the print could have been a bit different.

Horrible experience with customer service (Padma). They sent defective product & and incomplete order - charged for keypad skin but did not send it. Also, both top and bottom cover is defective. Customer service will just waste your time & eventually gaslight you. I have filed a grievance with consumer forum.

Please avoid them.. they r bunch of jokers . It's a month and what I m getting is excuse like lost in transit .. . On the way ..and then they sent half of stuff.. rest of skins. Don't know .. does not pick phone and make u fool.. avoid them. ..same stuff is available on Amazon from 200 buck s and I paid 1000.. scammers.. idiots .fools .

Such pathetic customer service these guys provided!
Their customer success team became unresponsive after a few chats and gave lame excuses like "the shipping is on the way." When I spoke to them (Padma and Aditya), they claimed the item was lost in transit (which is clearly a lie). After that, no one has been responding to calls or messages. They haven’t even issued a refund, despite not being able to ship the item. It's been more than a month that I have been waiting for their response and tried to contact them in every possible way. Noone is picking up the calls or responding to the messages. I have proof of everything and am planning to take further action.
