My site had some issues, got notifications from my hosting company, was able to access via Recovery Mode, copy the issues, pasted them into the support page, and Razibul Hasan got me the correct answers, in an easy to follow order that took care of the problem

I encountered a CSS conflict between WowStore's Single Product Builder and Spectra blocks, which caused icons to display incorrectly and layouts to break on the frontend.
From the first contact, Owadud quickly understood the technical nature of the issue and escalated it to the development team. Razibul Hasan then took over and resolved the conflict in just a few moments.
The response times were impressive - both of them replied to my tickets every morning, within hours rather than days. What stood out even more was their availability during the weekend - they were working on a Sunday morning to assist me.
