I started using the WowStore plugin almost a month ago and since then I've had a great experience. The plugin is simple to use and the designs you're able to make for your e-store are beautiful. I did, however, run into some incompatibilities with my Wordpress theme and so some of the features didn't initially display as I wanted. And that was where the experience became great. I reached out to their support team and they were amazing, especially Shahriar. Shahriar has worked with me on every one of my issues, big or small, and he's gone even beyond the scope of his job and plugin to help me get my website to where I want it to be. I've had a great experience with them and I'd recommend them to anyone trying to build an online store!

The support team responded quickly, investigated the problem directly on my site and fixed it the same day. After the fix the admin loads in about one second again. Very professional and efficient support experience.

Support was quick to troubleshoot the issue and apply a fix, keeping me in the loop during the process.

The support team answered my emails quickly and talked me through solving our technical issue with an online video call, which was really helpful. The problem is now fixed!

Any time I have a question or need help with a plugin these guys are right on it. They respond quickly, professionally and they work with you until it works the way you need.

I had pricing issues with a different plug-in not working well with WolesaleX..
