I've been a customer of WPX for about a year now, having been recommended by Adam Enfroy and his group. I'm so happy I followed their recommendation.

I have several websites with them, have migrated a couple to them from other hosting providers, and have transferred a couple of domains to them. Each transaction has been without an issue. The biggest compliment is the prompt support. Whenever I've had a question about something and signed into my account, a support person is on the chat prompt waiting to help me. Their guarantee of 30 seconds is genuine, folks!!!! The latest interaction was with Stoyan yesterday. Stoyan was so patient with me, spending lots of time going over an issue that ultimately turned out to be something on my end that I wasn't doing correctly. But Stoyan was excellent with the support, just like they ALL have been.

I have had sites at other providers, and while many site owners feel they are okay, too, I would challenge anyone to find a better provider than WPX. I highly recommend them!

Consistently a phenomenal experience. User friendly and straight forward services on the backend, and the support always goes above and beyond. Have been with them for ~8 years now and they still amaze me with how willing their support team is to help. Most recently worked with Georgi to confirm a specific feature existed in webmail, explained what I was looking to do and why - and he spent time not only confirming that existed, but doing the work to move everything over like I wanted, and was patient and courteous the entire time (while I had to hunt down login info, reset passwords, etc.). Constantly blown away by how good these people are and how this company actually provides good services in a world that tries to nickel and dime you. 1000/10, would continue being a loyal customer with these features. I recommend wpx to everyone looking to switch their hosting company, even if you dont need the 5 or 15 slots, it's STILL worth every penny paid in just the support and peace of mind.
