I’ve been with WPX Hosting since 2018, and not once have I considered switching. That's because their unmatched customer support. Every single time I’ve used their support chat—regardless of the hour or the complexity—they’ve been lightning-fast, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Even when the issue was something I caused or should’ve known better, they treated it like a top priority and resolved it without hesitation.

We've been using wpx since 2019, paid them well over $4k for their hosting services.

Are they expensive? Yes they are, their pricing blows everyone else out the water.

Are they worth it? Yes they are, their service blows everyone else out the water.

WPX are a premium product. You're not just paying for a fantastic hosting service, but for a fantastic customer service too.

When it is 4am and I need to alter a cname record I can ask support and they'll do it for me, most of the time I'll ask how to do something and they'll come back saying they've already done it.

As we all know when it comes to hosting, a cheap service is fantastic when everything is going fine, but as soon as shit hits the fan you regret going with a cheap service. In the last six years of using wpx I, not once, regret paying them 3x what other hosting companies charge.

Worth. Every. Penny.

I worked with Massimo, and he did an amazing job in helping me. He went above and beyond, asking me questions that I did not know that I needed to be aware of or know the answers to. Fantastic service! The customer support here is second to none. They are not a bunch of 11th graders working part time. They are scholars in their field. I could not recommend them more highly.

Kind and quick support! Needed to setup a staging site, and with the quota for websites maxed out, they set it up for me anyway. If they had said no, it would have been more complicated for me to migrate the website off the server to a staging service. Appreciate it a lot!

I think it's about 4 or 5 years that I've been with WPX. It's great to have the peace of mind knowing that if you ever have a technical problem or need help setting things up, the customer support is 30 seconds away.

I have been a client of WPX for about 18 months. I went to them specifically for speed for some of my websites. What I have found absolutely outstanding is how their chat service people bend over backwards to sort out issues- sometimes mine, sometimes things like Outlook being blacklisted and sometimes just because I can't figure out how to do something! I almost always get an answer within a few minutes. They always own the resolution, make it easy for me and have a follow-up system. Truly world-class service in my books - they stand head and shoulders above others. I don't think I have consistently experienced this kind of service with any provider of any service online that I have come across. Thank you WPX, I highly recommend them if you are looking at them.
