Not recommended
Not recommended for big and heavy form. Even the form taking too much loading time after using 15-20 conditional fields. I have contacted with them many times but didn’t provide my any working solution. Breaking the form into 4/5 small form is not a solution for that. Totally waste of money. I have more that 400 conditional fields.
Finally switched to another form plugin after wasting lots of time and money. Shame on Wpforms.

Best Forms & Payment Plugin Out There
I have been using WPForms on a number of sites I manage for several years now. It is by far my favorite. Tons of features, easy setup for Stripe/Square payments, easily dump data to Google Sheets, and you can create some REALLY intricate/conditional forms. Plus support is always fast and very helpful. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is highly recommended.

I encountered the same issue as other people
I encountered the same issue as described below. It’s impossible to cancel the service without going through a cumbersome process of clicking “confirm cancellation” multiple times—seven times, to be exact. Even after all that, I am now unable to get a refund, losing $599 for nothing.
In Europe, this practice is completely unacceptable and fails to comply with consumer protection laws. Deliberately making the cancellation process excessively difficult for consumers is considered an unfair business practice. I strongly encourage you to report this behavior to the appropriate government regulatory bodies, such as the ACM (Authority for Consumers & Markets) in the Netherlands. Such practices often result in severe penalties, including hefty fines, as they are a blatant violation of consumer rights.
