Terrible

I received an email saying despatched this was supposed to be a next day delivery and then a tracking number from evri saying they were waiting for my order phoned umpteen times took 5 times for someone to answer said evri had it but hadn't updated phoned again fobbed off phoned again fobbed off fobbed off again they called me to say they had arranged a replacement same thing happened phoned no answer phoned umpteen times answered same rubbish excuse as the day before definitely will never use again. I had used them a year or so before with no problem. They are not scammers they are just bad at customer service, telling the truth, business practice and basically need to evaluate there businesses they just are not good at anything shame really. Requesting a refund

We ordered biscuits for our church from…

We ordered biscuits for our church from WBM on 15 March. We received email from onbuy.com the same day advising they were on their way. They have not arrived and contact with WBM by phone or email has proved impossible. We cannot recommend WBM or onbuy and would give a 0 star review except that a 1 star review seems the lowest possible! UPDATE on 20 APRIL Onbuy have refunded the payment so thanks to them for that but still no stars for WBM.

Wrong information given but finally recive it

Email gives me wrong parcel number, so I walk alot to find it.
2 months later they finally got this review and sent me an email to check then told me it was already there.
So in Febuary 4, I got this box

4 stars would recommend to others

When I received my wow box I was exited cause I like a good mystery. When I opened the box it had snacks and drinks I liked two drinks I had yet to try and several snacks I would never eat due to the flavours bieng the spicy kind and I'm not a big fan of spicy food so when I get my next box I would like to request less spice flavours in the box. I also liked how cheap it was to purchase

Do not recommend

I ordered a crate of lager as a birthday gift on 10th October. Still not received 17 days later. Have sent loads of emails and get the same response, that it was eventually dispatched on 20th October. DPD tracking hasn't been updated for 2 weeks... Same message displayed saying there has been a problem, but this is usually resolved in 24 hours! I have now requested a refund as the birthday has been and gone. Waiting for a reply to my request before I request charge back from my bank. Dreadful company and looking at the reviews I'm not the only disappointed customer. Also, nobody EVER answers the phone there. Can only contact them via email. No response at all from this company so have now requested charge back via my bank... Obviously scammers.

An absolute shower of shabbiness and discourtesy.

1. Ordered Mao Feng green tea pigs from this seller via eBay on 17 Aug at 10 28pm.

2. Next morning 18 Aug I received an email saying order had been shipped via Amazon.

3. On the 19th I received an email saying out for delivery. Package was indeed delivered but did not contain the items I ordered. Instead I was sent four cans of fizzy drink with a note masquerading as an apology saying they were out of stock and I could either "request a refund or wait for more stock at some unspecified future date upon request" Pfft!
I requested a refund and they responded with "raise an issue with eBay" . I asked eBay to intervene and the seller was asked to respond. On the 21st August the seller once again responded with "raise an issue with eBay". I then had to wait a week before I could ask eBay to intervene and issue a refund.
I've had an eBay account for aeons and this is the FIRST and ONLY seller to have not issued a refund immediately. They were obviously out of stock of tea pigs from the get go but for some reason thought that sending four cans of fizzy drink by way of apology was acceptable. It isn't. Why on earth they thought anyone who drinks green tea would want fizzy sugary cans of liquid is beyond me. They could and should've refunded immediately And I can only assume they thought I would forget or write it off. From seeing other reviews I'm speculating someone from "customer services" might come back with some half baked excuse as to why the fault lies 'elsewhere' or 'out of their control' but quite frankly I'm not interested. I don't appreciate having my valuable time wasted. Do not play me for a fool!

Awful WowBoxMe and awful Amazon

Some 10 days ago I ordered, through Amazon, a box of 36 Picnic bars, which was promptly delivered to my home. Alas, the order had been changed to a box of 60 bars of Chomp bars. I immediately contacted Amazon, which puts me in a loop of electronically managed complaint service, and to WowBoxMe, which never answers the phone. For over 3 days I have been unsuccessfully phoning or contacting this company and Amazon to request a change. What kind of Customer Service do they provide? How can they ignore a sensible and fair request?

Empty box with a letter inside!

Ordered some coffee and just got a box with a letter in saying the order had been held as it was suspected it was a scam order?!?!

Very strange and seems more like we’ve been scammed. Will contact Amazon to get a refund.

**Edit** - This review was reported to trust pilot by wowbox as defamatory for some reason, but thankfully trustpilot have confirmed that it's not!

Just received my WowBox and I’m honestly blown away. From the moment I opened the box, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The presentation was spot-on — everything was neatly packed, no damaged items, and the excitement of not knowing what’s inside made it feel like I was opening a surprise gift. And let me tell you, it was amazing. So good, man!
The variety in the box was incredible. There were snacks I’ve never tried before, a few limited-edition treats I probably wouldn’t find in shops, and even a couple of drinks that were completely new to me. It felt like they really curated a selection with care — not just random stuff thrown together. Every single item felt intentional, like they genuinely wanted me to enjoy it.
Flavor-wise? 🔥 Everything tasted fresh and high quality. There was a perfect mix of sweet and salty, crunchy and chewy — something for every kind of craving. I had a few favorites I’m definitely going to look out for in stores now, and some others I’d only expect to get through this kind of subscription. It's a fun and affordable way to explore new snacks without the pressure of choosing everything yourself.
What really surprised me was how much value you get for the price. I paid £9.99 (and they even offer £5.99 for your first few boxes), and I definitely received more than that in terms of both quantity and quality. Easily worth the money — in fact, it feels like a steal.
I also loved the idea of earning WowPoints for leaving reviews and engaging with the products. It makes the whole experience even more rewarding. It’s like they’re building a full-on community around snack lovers, and I’m here for it.
Overall, WowBox completely exceeded my expectations. Great value, amazing selection, fun packaging, and a super enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’m genuinely excited to see what comes in next month’s box.
Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys trying new things, loves snacks, or just wants a little treat to look forward to each month. Trust me — you won’t regret it. Keep doing what you're doing, WowBox team

Terrible company

Terrible company! After ordering coffee pods through Amazon from this company they never arrived. I got a notification saying my parcel was delivered and when opened they’d sent a can of coke and a bottle of lemonade along with a note saying my product wasn’t available and I’d receive a refund. This never happened and had to raise through Amazon to get my money back id definitely avoid this company, very odd!

Empty Box Scam

Purchased a product through Amazon from them. All I received was an empty box (with the exception of a strange letter).

The letter states they are a legitimate company and some nonsense about a red flag. No other effort was made to reach out.

Edit: WowBoxMe has now tried to shift this review to another company, despite knowingly receiving the same complaint via Amazon.

There is no need to ship a letter; it is customary for a seller to reach out via Amazon, email or phone if there is an issue.

Fortunately, Amazon issued a refund. A report was also made to the Consumer Advice Service, which will make a report with Trading Standards.
