Worldwide Travel Insurance Reviews 

I travel frequently and hire cars frequently. Some years ago I damaged a hire car in Sydney and had to pay a $3,000 excess. I submitted a claim to Worldwide Travel Insurance and they paid immediately.

Quick to answer my call ( not like a lot of other companies). The lady with whom I talked was very friendly helpful and efficient

I've used this Insurance for a couple of years now and found it gives me exactly what I want. The premium is reasonable and it was easy to renew the existing insurance by telephoning the company. It was straight forward and completed within a short time.

There were problems with my internet phone connection but your representative stayed with me and managed to complete the transaction.

Very easy to renew my car insurance excess policy. Customer service were fast and efficient. Policy gives me peace of mind when renting a car. An annual policy is very good value.

I received my renewal quote and was greeted by Alison at customer service who took my payment details. She was friendly and patient and it was lovely to talk to a person rather than a machine!
I've used this company for about 5 years now and they have been very good. Any claims are straightforward enough to make and money is received in a reasonable amount of time.
