Experience with Worldwide Dental and Plastic Surgery Hospital

Serious Negligence & Lack of Accountability – A Warning for Future Patients
I deeply regret undergoing surgery at Worldwide Dental & Plastic Surgery Hospital due to serious medical negligence, inadequate post-surgical care, and their refusal to take accountability. I am now escalating this matter to external authorities. No patient should endure what I have.
Pre-Surgery Negligence:
From the start, there was a concerning lack of consultation and planning:
No pre/post-surgery info about procedures, risks, healing time, or care.
No proper pre-surgical markings while upright—a critical blepharoplasty step—leading to worsened sagging, asymmetry, unnatural creases, and lumps.
No discussion of how much skin would be removed or any chance to review markings before surgery.
Surgical Negligence & Severe Pain:
My surgery began at 7:00 PM (far later than planned) and lasted until 1:00 AM—unusually long and exhausting.
Despite repeated complaints of pain early on, my requests for IV anesthesia were ignored. Instead, the surgeon kept topping up local injections, which I said were insufficient.
I felt intense pain and burning around my right eye and even told the surgeon I believed he cut a nerve. This area remains numb, with random nerve pains. This eye is now asymmetrical with worse sagging.
The hospital falsely claimed, "A general anesthesia doctor and nurse monitored sedation to ensure safety." This is untrue—only the surgeon and a nurse were present. No anesthesiologist assessed my pain, despite my repeated, tearful pleas.
Post-Surgical Negligence & Botched Aftercare:
Stitches were removed just 3.5 days post-surgery, despite clinic paperwork stating 5-7 days.
They left stitches embedded in my skin, causing delayed healing, swelling, and further complications.
Over a month later, a different hospital had to dig out leftover stitches, prolonging my healing.
My concerns about pain, nerve damage, and worsening results were repeatedly dismissed.
Clinic’s Continued Refusal to Take Responsibility:
The surgeon initially acknowledged my experience, apologized, and offered a refund. Since then, his only concern has been aesthetic progress.
He refuses to discuss my pain, nerve damage, or medical negligence and claims he doesn't know how complaints are handled.
The clinic has responded only once with an inadequate email that ignored the seriousness of my concerns.
The hospital’s one response began with: “We sincerely apologize for the distress and pain you have experienced… I assure you your concerns are taken very seriously.”
But they then contradicted themselves, denied responsibility, made misleading claims about the surgeon’s role, and outright lied about an anesthesiologist monitoring my pain.
This is NOT About Aesthetics – It’s About Medical Negligence
Even if the aesthetic outcome were perfect (which it isn’t), it would never justify the negligence and pain I endured. No amount of beauty is worth suffering due to lack of anesthesia, nerve damage, and poor post-surgical care.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation demands a warning. I gave the clinic ample opportunity to address this professionally and ethically—they refused. I am now escalating this externally.
One reasonable request I made was for a clear outline of measures they’d take to prevent future patients from enduring insufficient anesthesia. Shockingly, they even refused this—further proving their lack of accountability and disregard for patient safety.
If you're considering surgery here, research thoroughly and proceed with extreme caution. I am willing to provide further details, including all communications with the clinic and surgeon, privately to anyone who wants to know more.
