Ordered a brake line for my Harley Davidson Road Glide with ABS. They advertise their brake line to be ”perfect match” and ”easy install” and ”high quality” onto my exact bike.
When I’m about to start installing I notise the ABS -end doesn’t fit at all. The end is totally different, and different banjo bolt. I sent them a message that they’ve supplied the wrong line, they tell me that they don’t have the correct parts for my bike, and that I have to use a different banjo -bolt (that I don’t yave and one they didn’t supply). To fit the sent brake line, the line would have to be re-routed and tilted from the outside of the bike. When I told them I’m not satisified with a solution like this, they just replayed that ”it’s no problem.. just install it”.
They are happy with shitty quick fix -solutions, and doesn’t even supply the quick fix -parts. Terrible and low quality shop!

Ordered a brake disc 18.06.2025
I was told that UPS had lost my package and had to make a inquire/ trace which could take up to 3 weeks. (UPS told me they had done it for me, but that was false. So, a week went by just there))
Then I got a mail from Probrake saying they had found the package 17.07.2025 that the package was found.
6 days went and since tracking was useless and stuck at a place for over a month I called UPS.
45 minutes later, speaking to a man who spoke my language badly and horrible pause music, they said they will send the package today.
I do not believe it before I receive it!
It's a shame that the customer has to go through hours of waiting, explaining etc. like it's our responsibility. Motorcycle vacation spoiled as well. Probrake.de is probably nice guys, but using UPS is why you get 2 stars.
Zero if possible to UPS...

They sell extremely inferior quality products.

Brake and clutch level - Good, fits perfectly.
Bar ends - Total waste, scrap quality, fit issue.
Frame Sliders - Below average, has some design flaws.

Sry for English but ordered to Sweden. Super fast handling of the order, sent an email as soon as they realised they needed my phone number. Well packaged and arrived within 2days even if it was ordered to Sweden.
