It’s a scam
It’s a scam, my shipment was cancelled after a month of waiting and no reply to my emails. They didn’t honor my request for a refund saying the logistics team would resend the item then I got sent the same tracking number with the cancelled shipment, had to take it up with PayPal and in 10 days I got a full refund thanks to PayPal’s buyer protection policy.

Do not buy from them!
For some reason the shipment was cancelled after the order was sent from worldpaintbynumbers - if they even sent it at all. I tried to email them, but only received one mail that said they would "inform the logistic team", and I haven't heard from them since. I placed my order in march, it was cancelled in mid april. They should've fixed this by now.

Looks like scam
Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people.
FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further

Absolute waste of your hard earned money and time.
If i could give less than one star i would. I purchased a product AND PAID for express shipping two weeks ago. In that two weeks i received no confirmation or shipping details. I even tried to contact them twice to understand what was taking place due to the COVID-19, and received the same automated response saying that once it was processed I would receive shipping details. Now, TWO WEEKS later, i've received shipping details and a notice that it can take upto another 30 days for the ONE ITEM to get to me, even after paying the extra money for express shipping!!!
Absolutely ridiculous, do not buy from here if you plan to wait a solid two months before you get your item and DEFINITELY DO NOT bother paying for express shipping!
EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSED CUSTOMER!!
