Ordered on 12/2 and here it is Christmas and no package. I would not have purchased this if I knew it was coming from China! Will NEVER order again!

Would give this company a zero if izero was an option. Ordered 10 days ago and still no tracking number or receipt of purchase. The money was however taken out of my account. I have read the reviews back to 2020. The prospect of ever receiving the product or a refund isn’t looking good. Sam the friendly customer service agent is apparently still the soul contact. I would like to meet Sam. As has been voiced by many customers, I repeat the alarm - Do Not Purchase from this company. Run away! Run away quickly.

Australia diamond painting company I waited so so so so long for a so called Australian company when it’s not an Australian company it is all done in China for a start and then they make you pay an extra 25 dollars for ABs drills when it would be acceptable is we paid 1 dollar per colour but no 25 dollars for very few AB drills as well it’s absolutely terrible don’t buy the AB drills it’s not worth the extra 25 dollars The canvases are very good but the rest is bad no one should be paying 25 dollars for a few extra plastic diamonds

I ordered a diamond painting of my friends grandaughter as a present for her, this took 11 weeks to arrive but was pleased with how it intially looked bearing in mind it wasnt me that was going to be doing it, however there was one packet of the diamonds missing so I contacted the company and they were polite and apologetic however 9 emails and over 3 months later I still haven't received the diamonds I have had every excuse going including a workforce who are in their senior years so not very quick this does not wash after over 3 months. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and was told that they were being processed and they were just waiting for a tracking number well 7 weeks later still no missing diamonds. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated I am with this company and they even had the audacity to send me an email with 20% off my next purchase and stating it would be with me in 2-3 weeks. I have put this down to experience but would never recommend the company to anyone.

I ordered a painting on the 27/3/2020 and it is the 21/7/20 as a gift for my daughter in California. I have ordered products in the past it takes an extremely long time for delivery in the past but I have been advised it is stuck and they are contacting the courier. I keep being told by “Sam” to be patient it is now ridiculous as I have still not had the product delivered and they won’t refund as the product is in transit. I am so disappointed as it is a lovely product but the delivery time and customer service is terrible. I would unfortunately recommend you avoid buying from this company

OK so they report my review due to it being negative. I've noticed this a lot on trust pilot. Such a scam!! So far it's been 39 days. I ordered 2 items. One still states unfulfilled. The other is, apparently, still in tra sit even though the manifest says its being returned to sender after I didn't answer the door at just gone midnight for delivery. There was no attempt at delivery at all. DIY diamond paintings keep telling me its in transit.......yes it is, back to you!!! I've had 3 different couriers named, and none of them accept the tracking number I have been provided with. They also do not give refunds if you do not cancel your order within 6 hours. Their policy, if you read between the lines, means no one gets a refund if things go wrong. They have 6 days to process and get delivered to me my unfulfilled order, after the 45 days from order you can't do anything. You have lost either way. Don't do it.
