Had a problem with a Blagdon Solar floating fountain pump, it worked brilliantly to start with then it disappeared in the pond so managed to find this with the pond net. When turned the fountain upside down I noticed one of the buoyancy aids had come off. Contacted World of Water who answered my query quickly and I was told if I find the buoyancy aid (that could be hidden behind the pond plants which it was), that it would push back in. After taking a good look at the fountain no way would this push back in as it had come unstuck. I purchased a more expensive solar fountain as it came with a 3 year guarantee that gave you peace of mind. All I would have liked was either the item fixed, a replacement sent or a refund as it's only approx 6 weeks since date of purchased and after all it has a 3 year guarantee, nothing has been forthcoming!

Helpful advice,and went out of way to source a discontinued pond pump

I chose an Oase filter/pump unit which was competitively priced and arrived on time.
That doesn't make the company great, but it does ensure that I may visit it again.
We used to have a local WOW which we visited regularly but it closed down

Easy to deal with came on time

The customer service at world of water is fantastic. I inadvertently broke 2 pieces when installing my fish tank. I spoke to Antony at world of water and within a couple of days he had organised replacement parts free of charge. I can't recommend this company enough.

Disappointed to be informed by their staff that their Shubunkin {goldfish) stock is imported live from Israel.

Tank turned up on the day I stated and was well packaged in good condition and price competitive so no compliaints. Only thing prob could add to help is they will give you tracking info if you ring them but not automatically, aside from that would use again.

What I ordered arrived and it worked, good enough.

Great lily pads. Arrived within the stated delivery time. Thriving in my pond

Plants arrived in poor condition, one of the pots had almost nothing in it, the aquatic soil they were in was like mud, at £18 each I would have expected to receive much better products. Not sure if what I have is alive or dead time will tell. Will not shop from this site again

Bought 2 x pvc pipes for a pond i was building at home and a few fittings. Didn’t realise at the time they’d been cut in half ! Payed £32 for a 3 metre length of 50mm pvc pipe. Just picked another one from screw fix £13. They must of seen me coming

I came on requiring help and advice the gentleman that I spoke to was very patient and helpful talked me through the plants and gave me a lot of helpful advice. Thank you so much.
