Deliberately low advertised fairs which aren't honoured when you try to pay.
Ignore all advertised prices you see from any website (including their own) as they will tell you every time that the price they advertised is old and the new fair has increased. You'll only waste your time and you'll find more competitive rates looking at all the other providers.

I booked a flight for ~£778, purposely called the World Class Travels agent so that when I put my credit card through, they could see the booking afterwards.
Once it went through, they said it costs ~£1400 and won't give the original price I saw on the website.
Would never try again.

This company is a scam. They use about 4 different names : world class travels, PCM travels uk ltd, the travel makers.co.uk and zamzamtours.co.uk. They have taking my money and that of my mum, cousin, auntie and friends. Two are suppose to travel next week but up till now without tickets. Nick has refuse to give as a refund but rather issued a fake ticket.
I’ve reported them to Action Fraud on 03001232040. I will urge everyone to also report them so that we get them investigated and closed down. The more people that reports the better. Let’s stop this people from scamming others.
I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS PEOPLE ARE STILL OPERATING.

Am still waiting for just a reply. I have spoken to my Bank and they asked me to write to them and when they send me a reply then they will know what World Class travel stances are and they will also do something.
When I call World Class last week I was promised everything will be shorted and that they will send me a reply latest last Monday and its Wednesday today I still haven't received an email or a call. Am going to be printing the emails and the recordings I took when I spoke to them on the phone to my bank and also I have lodged my complain to and I will make my emails and recordings to them as well.
ONE THING I WANT WORLD CLASS TRAVEL TO UNDERSTAND IS ITS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEY CAN'T HAVE IT FOR FREE.
Trying to get flight refunds from April 2020 with no success. Completely ignored e mails and phone calls since last year. How very disappointing from people that promise so much but can't deliver absolutely anything that promises and keep changing stories. Part of our payment was refunded not by them but my credit card company. The balance paid by our normal cards is what is still not been paid.
NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE VERY USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO HONESTY.
I have emailed one of their managers ALLEN and he didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email then I decided to send him the same mail over 200 times. Still I didn't have a reply. I have spoken to my bank and am just waiting for a reply that I will submit to my bank. Am advised to give them 5 days if they don't reply then we will take it to another level.
They only replied here to saw people that they do reply but they don't as Allen have not replied to my messages.
I have recorded some of the calls between me and them and I can post them here if audio can be posted here for all to hear how they sound when confronted with a refund query.

Sadly this company is still operating and so I cannot claim my money back through ATOL. They ignore contact and so I will have to now take legal action. I will pursue this all the way.

I have previously written a review re this company and their slackness to issuing me a ticket which was to transit in Jakarta knowing that the airport was closed to transit passengers.
To date they are not returning emails (as it is impossible to speak with them on the phone)
As I was leaving an EU country I understand that I am entitled to a full refund, but nothing to date from August.
I feel the next step is to contact international travel body with this information.
Don't use them even when you think they are lovely and helpful.. Yes until you pay your money

I booked a ticket in March to Ghana through WCT, but due to covid all flights were cancelled. I was told to rebook and that i cant get a refund. I contact the airline ( Brussels Airline) and been informed all refund has been issued and that WCT should do the refund.
I sent emails and to date no response.
always when i call am told to call after 5pm speak to Allan. But I bet there is no Allan. They are SCAM. PLZ AVOID THEM

booked flight tickets for visiting my family in Dallas (US) for 22 nd July 2020 through an agent called world class travels based in Manchester . However all flights to the US stood cancelled due to spread of the virus! I applied for a refund through David ( manager of world class travels) on the first of July but no refund yet and the manager is nowhere to be found! Today when I called up I was informed that Delta has not refunded anyone
Like a lot of you experienced, they had booked the tickets under their names because when I called the airlines they could not find the actual ticket numbers, but the lady was very helpful and helped me retrieve the tickets. Also now they are asking travellers to make direct payments to PMT travels not Zam Zam!
I don’t know what’s happening, completely lost David as well as Allen are conmen please drag them to court I also noticed that I paid the money to zamzam travels and not world class ! AVOID using them !
I have now filed for claim , please can I urge everyone to do the same as we can all through team effort shut this scam company down !

NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE FOR FLIGHT; DON'T BOOK FROM WORLD CLASS.
I have been trying to get my refund since April 2020 but was told it is going to take 12 weeks.. I have made several phone calls and email after the 12 weeks came to an end in August but they have stopped answering my calls or replying to my emails.
They deceived customers by being nice and polite when you're trying to book your ticket; once they get hold of your money they become nasty. Allan is a crook he is never in the office to return calls or reply emails. I am in the process of reporting them to their regulating body. BE AWARE WORLDCLASSTRAVEL ARE SPAMMERS

If it was possible to give -10 as rating I would have.
Before the purchase of our tickets,worldclass pursued us vigorously, but as soon as they got our money, they were not interested in any call back or assistance.
Once covid situation happened, we couldn't get anyone who was straight forward in answering us. I have sent letters and I have called several times with no positive response. Every time we call,we will be told that someone will get back to us! NO ONE EVER DOES!
THERE seem to be just one person dealing with refunds and emails at the same time.
I have been mocked at for calling David Dave!
They need to up their game!

This company is a joke. I can’t believe they are charging us £125 per person to process our refund. WE DID NOT CANCEL OUR FLIGHT, the airline did. I’m sure that your company’s insurance will cover this. Rather than stealing from your customers. There is absolutely no justification for this fee.
On top of that you informed us that a refund will take 6-8 weeks. I’m sure it didn’t take that long to collect the money from our account. Refund should be proceeds with 7-14 days. We are entitled to a full refund.

I am very disappointed that you are charging me and my party an admin fee of £125 per person for a flight that was cancelled through no fault of our own. There is no justification for this as passengers with flight-only bookings from an EU airport, or with an EU airline, that have been cancelled as a result of the pandemic are due a full refund – under the Denied Boarding Regulation. The airlines should fully refund them within 7 days. For you to say it would take up to 6-8 weeks to process our refund is outrageous.

7 weeks after writing to them at their info email address no response from them whatsoever despite chasing them a number of times for an update . Time to get the lawyers involved as this level of service is unacceptable
