When I first purchased a manual, everything worked fine, and that was over a year ago. I recently had difficulty getting in, contacted support and David got me going again. Despite being a client from over a year ago.

Great products and excellent support. Will definitely buy from them again.

These are cheap manuals at 10 pounds.
The file comes in a zipped file through email so it needs to be extracted and filed. The files are a little short of detail for instance EM which is the short version of Engine Manual. I labeled each of the short formed letters to give it more meaning. Easier to understand. What do you expect for $20, (10 pounds)

It's a full manual. Everything is there including electrical.

Bought a second manual from these guys. First for my Montero and the second for my MB E320. Both manuals were delivered for a reasonable price and as promised. Dave assisted with the download of the second manual, the response was quick and very helpful, made the process very easy.

Surprisingly low price but the most amazing is the after sales support. David spent lot of time guiding me all the way installing the sw and finally he remotely connected and fix the issue with my PC himself! They are really the best and I am not looking anywhere else for manuals. Thanks a lot!

Poor quality PDF and then lack of response from retailer.
Got a better, fuller version elsewhere for the exact same fee but now I’ve had to pay twice so not happy.

Excellent after-sales communications, very helpful. My Opel workshop manual came in for of a virtual machine disk image, and the download file size is HUGE. I would have appreciated this info in advance. All in all, a positive experience.

Having baulked at the cost of a Haynes manual for an Audi A1 – and without any idea of how useful its contents might be – Workshopmanuals' much cheaper and 'full workshop info' downloadable to my PC appealed.

Although the download comes with very good instructions on how to access the manual, what I hadn't bargained on was having to load a VirtualBox and then getting it to work – which is where David's expertise, patience and rapid response to my queries makes him a star!

The manual is fine – once one has got to grips with Audi-speak – and really does look as though everything one could want to know is there, albeit every section (e.g. luggage compartment trim panels) is spread over several pages, but supplemented with good diagrams.

Not being particularly computer minded, I had a little difficulty sorting the viewer software, but the help desk team answered quickly and had me up and running in no time. The manuals are really easy to use and you can search by VIN number too. Highly recommend, will of course use again.

My experience was excellent. I found David to be an excellent communicator. As soon as I sent a message over a particular concern he was back to me with the answer in a very timely manner.I got my software up and running remotely by Mike and could not recommend this method of installation highly enough. It was also great fun watching. All in all a great experience and would not hesitate in advising anybody that if you want a manual for your car then go to David and Mike and you can't go wrong.
