the admin is really helpful and there is a nice support from the admin to fix some issues

I decided to buy a manual for my auto with Worshopmanuals. It is with the best purchase I have ever done with difference. Also, at one point I got stuck in the installation and David from support helped me immediately by email. The issue got solved since he quickly replied to my question within 24h. (even being on a Saturday and out of office hours!)

The site is flawless. Clean design, logical layout, valid SSL, professional communication. Before ordering, I even checked Trustpilot. Saw the negative reviews. Read them. And dismissed them, because the positives outnumbered them by a mile. That was my mistake.

After payment, I received files that had absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered.

Now I'm re-reading those negative reviews. And I notice something: every single one has a polished, friendly, almost perfectly worded response underneath it. Too perfect. The kind of perfect that makes you wonder whether you're reading a human — or a very well-prompted AI managing reputation damage.

So genuinely: well played. You built something that bypassed every red flag I was trained to spot. That's not nothing. That takes effort.

But to everyone reading this:

That uneasy feeling you had before clicking "buy"? Listen to it. I had it too. I ignored it. The number of positive reviews, the clean interface, the professional tone — sometimes that's not reassurance. Sometimes that's the trap.

I would be very careful if looking to buy a manual. You will need a maximum of 60GB of storage to start with and that's if you don't make any mistakes as I did (bought a new laptop with 256 of storage after several attempts at downloading I was left with 2.5GB). You will also need a certain level of computer literacy, having to down load 2 further applications to access files, moving files etc. If your after a "one click and it's there" format, this is not for you. On the plus side David did give further instructions via email (I still couldn't get it and I would say I have average computer skills) and did offer to remote access my computer to solve the problems I was having, but I'm not keen on handing over control of my device to a third party remotely. Me myself I'm just going to spend a bit more money and get a VIN specific PDF manual.

I paid for Benz WIS 2025 and the download link kept cutting off at 85% download. I tried contacting customer care on all channels and they did not respond to any request for assistance. This is my first time and the impression is bad. This now seem like a big scam. I will never recommend their site to anyone and public should be very careful with them.
I wish to make an Update.
My emails were all responded to by David (I believe service center). He provided an alternate download link. He guided me through the download.
I am now pleased with the response given and assistance from David. Thanks.

Workshopmanuals.org now has my highest recommendation. Not only is their response time fast but also made sure I got exactly the manuals I needed.

Purchased Mercedes gle 450 manual as software based, took a little bit of time to figure out how to use it. Customer service was great, replied within 30 minutes. I thought I will needed remote installation assist but I got it myself. They fully refunded.

What a waste of time and money, most particularly time. First attempt at download, file not found, then received sharepoint link, that worked but then the problems started. Running an antiquated unauthorised version of Windows 7 in a virtualbox does not play nicely with Windows 11 and modern GPU units. Major event ID 500 "thrashing", GPU negotiations and display re-enumeration just adds to latency and churn. 1.5 - 2.0 GB RAM etc, just to read documentation?! Not prepared to fiddle with bios and GPU memory allocation on what is an extremely stable laptop, deleted everything.

Paid for Mitsubishi ASX manual, link was sent but doesnt work. Made contact with company, link was resend with new instructions. Still doest work, made contact with company again, just be ignored. It is a scam, the program was designed to work with old software that is not available anymore.

I initially gave a hugely negative review of the manual that I downloaded. I was contacted by Workshopmanuals and they graciously pointed out my error in viewing the content. Upon further checking, this manual is very complete, and I am updating my rating to 5 stars, both for content and customer service.

Downloaded Dodge 2010-2017 service manual. Absolutely zero useful information. Wiring diagram was blank, total of 8 pages describing engine, 1 page dealing with clutch. Only thing I found out was that I wasted the purchase.

The manual was very detailed with step-by-step instructions and clear diagrams. It saved me time troubleshooting my vehicle. Definitely one of the most helpful resources I’ve used.

Paid for a PDF file. This file mainly contains torque values ​​and a few photos. It also contains many links to articles that aren't actually there. This shouldn't be sold. 8,100 pages without information. I feel ripped off for €11.69. Smart guys I must say, how they make money.

Would not recommend unless you love setting up virtual machines, going to the BIOS of your computer looking for settings that make no sense and swearing forever about confusing IT jargon. I want a workshop manual to fix the engine of my car not a IT course.
