Workfront is a strong industry leader…
Workfront is a strong industry leader in project management tools. It has a robust API and many integration capabilities. Highly flexible in tool configuration, excellent work data tracking and reporting. Strong resource planning and management. Very customizable workspace dashboard and easy in line time logging. The company has a well defined roadmap and regularly keeps users up to date with latest enhancements. Also, has a user idea space to capture most requested product improvement - and then acts on them! Very deep capabilities with lots of scale.

Good software. Unacceptable customer service.
Workfront on it's own, not bad. Highly customized experience but if you try to use the customer service, you are treated rudely. And they rely on zendesk or whatever trouble ticketing service far too much. After a week of back and forth communication via their ticketing software on a relatively easy ask, coupled with calling and pleading with them for someone to actually reach out an call/talk to us in realtime, it took me sitting on the phone and not hanging up for a half hour for someone to talk with me. In that quick 20 minute conversation we discovered it was an issue on workfront's end compared to them blaming us for not setting thing up correctly.
I wish that was a one off instance, but after three years with them, it's not. Workfront is hands down the worst customer service I've ever had from a company which we spend so much money with. So much so that as my company roles out more teams to workfront I tell everyone to higher a FTE that is dedicated to dealing with Workfront and their "customer service" team.

I continue to be impressed by Workfront's capabilities on a daily basis.
I work for an "in-house" creative team for a large healthcare company.
We had to implement and the put the software into place in a tight timeframe. Setting up the back-end can be tricky but it's logical and becomes more intuitive with practice and familiarization. Once it's in place, the customers/users are in for a real treat.
We are now able to collaborate across multiple departments and work flies in and out and in all directions while still being supremely manageable.
There Global Community has been a fantastic resource and everyone is extremely helpful. There's a vast amount of webinars, help topic articles and awesome training through Ascent.
I'd highly recommend WF to any business - no matter the industry!

Workfront is an amazing tool!
Workfront is an amazing tool that can truly help streamline work. When used in the right way, WorkFront can help keep projects on time, and make work less stressful. One way to ensure maximum benefit from this tool is to make sure your entire staff/team/project users are fully committed to using WorkFront in all aspects of their project timeline management. If you have users working outside the tool when they should be doing things within, this will cause disruption. There are certainly some improvements that can be made (all software is evolving), and Workfront does a great job of taking user feedback and turning that into working updates that improve workflow. I would highly recommend WorkFront to any team, company, or individual looking to maximize their project work efficiency.

Workfront makes managing projects much easier
I have been a Workfront user for a few years now and am a big proponent of this project management tool for several reasons.
1) I find it very intuitive for users at all levels to use
2) It is easily customized based on the needs of your users
3) The reporting feature is worth the price of admission itself
4) Their support team is quick to respond and the self-help area is robust so you can find an answer to any question you may come across
5) Workfront offers a comprehensive training tool that covers several types and levels of training for users at all levels including frequent live trainings
6) The Community area is a great place to share ideas and ask for help from other users
7) They are constantly making updates and improvements to the tool
8) The Workfront Proof viewer is a great feature for those who want to markup and share creative within a project.
We looked at several solutions and I'd say that Workfront was by far the best option for our internal creative agency.

Agile Needs Improvement
I love Workfront but you really need to improve your agile capabilities. Workfront's agile capabilities are way behind the standard in the market place. I have 2 clients that are planning to stop using Workfront if the agile capabilities aren't improved. One client mentioned Workfront doesn't even get close to JIRA's agile capabilities.
