Great service from Ross, thank you

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with my Wordans delivery, and an even worse experience with the customer service representative Sofia. After having to email her multiple times about a few different issues with the website/ordering process, my order finally arrived and was completely wrong. I then had to organise a return and refund as I didnt have the timescale to wait for new products, as they were already at the printers. Once I let Sofia know all this, sending her all the details, all the numbers and all of the printing companies address, details and phone numbers, she then told me I had to ring them ro arrange when they could pick up for collection. I then told her I was already in meetings all day, and didnt have time to do the back and forth between the 2 companies. She told me that I HAD to be the one to organise and call them, rather than doing the 'customer service' herself.

Extremely frustrating having to clean up someone else's mistakes and then not receiving much of an apology or willingness to help rectify it. Just attitude.

Will NOT be using this company again.

The product was exactly what we needed for a conference. The quality was good. The goods arrived on time for us to make them into our brand.

I ordered some notebooks, which took quite a long time to arrive. Upon opening the stock was old, dusty and scratched. I reported this straight away and sent pictures but their customer service team was very unhelpful and just kept requesting more photos. I sent dozens of photos, with no solution offered. Now my emails are just being ignored.
(Update) Response now received from their CS team, awaiting a solution.
(Update 2) CS team advised my emails went into spam and as soon as this was noticed I received a reply. Amended to 3* from 1* as refund now received, 7 weeks later.

Avoid this company!!
The 14 day return timeframe is an absolute joke..
I purchased a bulk order of kids sweatshirts for a preschool as part of their uniform.
Approximately a month later the preschool went into insolvency, and I stupidly thought that under the unusual circumstances a refund would be allowed. But no, apparently their system doesn't allow refunds after the returns timeframe, so I'm now left with a job lot of useless green sweatshirts.
A 'sorry' and 'thank you for your understanding' from Sofia doesn't make it right.
Yes the clothing is cheaply priced but that's the only plus point from this company.
I guess have a pathetic returns time frame makes it impossible for anyone to claim a refund unless you do it within a few days of ordering, otherwise you are out of luck.
Should I ever be in the position to order bulk clothing for another company, I certainly won't use Wordans and I will not be recommending them to anyone who asks about purchasing cheap bulk clothing.

Sofia was great in costumer support

Didn't deliver but the customer service was fine if you use email. Have marked as 3 star mostly because they advertise a phone number but it simply does not work - so stop advertising it Wordans!!
I received my order confirmation but it seems nothing got done about making it happen and when I queried what was happening they could not then deliver it in time. But the customer service agent Sofia was really helpful and responsive and has cancelled the order and issued a refund. So a bit frustrating not to have the goods but for me customer service was fine.

Excellent service.
The order and delivery was inside the order delivery.

I never review, but this company has solved all my clothing issues I’ve been having for a long time. Being 6”5 ive never managed to find quality clothes that fit, the hoodie, t shirts and jumper i ordered are and excellent fit, exactly as described and amazing value. ill 100% be ordering again, delivery was fast too, Cheers!

My confirmation did not arrive but Sofia persisted & on third attempt I now have it.

As a new customer it was comforting to have a speedy, warm, accurate reply

I always buy my supplies from Wordans and had a good experience buying from them. With my recent purchase, I encountered 1 damaged shirt from my order. I contacted costumer service straight away to mention my concerns and it was dealt straight away by a nice costumer service representative named Sofia. And replacement was sent straight away.

I have a problem worh payment but Sofia solve that smooth and excellent for me.

I had a couple of t shirts sent in the wrong colour. Rectified the next day. Great quality t shirts at a good price with fast delivery.

Bought kids tee shirts that were way too small and advertised differently!! No returns policy, phone number doesn't exist, no response to 6x emails. They just take your money and allow them to bend you over!!! Disgraceful!!!

Return process is awful, avoid!

I ordered some shirts and had issues with sizing and a button being damaged, which is no problem it happens. However the returns process is non-existent, you request a return and give the reasons as to why and then nothing happens.

I am having to send follow up email, after follow up email to start the return process, there isn't an automatic return process at all. Part of me thinks you only get a return if you pester customer service.

Though the shirts arrived fast and are good quality the returns process is awful so buy your shirts etc elsewhere.

They will just respond to this with an automated response to contact customer service, but what they need to do is sort out their return process, as im not the only review stating this is a problem.

Also customer service is very rude when you contact them for help
