Very happy with product and would definitely recommend

Regularly use Woodfuel Co-op for wood briquettes.
Much better briquettes than most suppliers, at much better prices. Good variety.
Also a lot more flexible about quantities/mixes of different product.

Fantastic service from Steven. We came seeking advice for using a woodburning stove in a bothy, and left with exactly what we needed, firelighting advice and how to maintain the burn for as long as possible.

I decided to try wood fuel cooperative as I like their ethos and their website is clear and informative. There are options for buying in various amounts from full to quarter pallets, or even making up one’s own pallet. I found this a bit confusing, it’s another skill to work out the quantities. As it happens, the amount I ordered did not amount to cover the £64 added charge for this. I was given a refund and alternative delivery . Having bought the selection of briquettes to try, I was having issues with one of my log burners. A call to the company was so helpful and advised on the better ones to try. Something I probably should have done in the first place.
I intend to order a larger quantity in time for next winter. I’ve been amazed how efficient and heat producing briquettes are.

Briquettes arrived in excellent condition.
The courier company they use on the south coast were fab, arrived on date and within the timescale given, which for me is very important as I have to travel from Basingstoke to south of Chichester to take delivery.

Exceptional service from start to finish.

I placed an order for kiln dried logs which was to be delivered exceedingly quickly within a couple of days of placing the order. The delivery date was change (by me ) because of the dangerous storm forecast conditions .
The result was a re-arranged delivery , at our convenience .
This occurred as planned ; Palletways and the driver could not have been more helpful and friendly .

On the ball re: updates on delivery (dependent upon 3rd party), following up on any access restrictions, etc.

Great selection and value. Build your own pallet and being able to make additions is a great feature. Credit where credit is due, a much improved delivery from my previous experience. This time it was spot on. A phonecall to book in, a text on the day with a time window and subsequently delivered bang in the middle. Good job.
