Received two correct and one too short. Emailed the problem and received a prompt and positive response apologising for the error and and confirming a replacement had been sent by next day delivery. 24 hours later all was well again.

Never received the item (bandsaw blades). Contacted them to ask why or provide an accurate tracking link but never received a reply. In the end, i applied to PayPal for a refund / charge-back.

The band saw blade butt weld is not correctly aligned
and causes irregularities when cutting.

very poor packaging
Because of very poor packaging Postman was injured when delivering the blades. Very flimsy plastic on blades blades with teeth facing outwards a disaster waiting to happen.

No Delivery - No replies to email or Voicemails
Ordered 24/2/26, still not arrived 13/3/26. Emailed twice, no reply, called 4 times, goes to voicemail, and also voicemail full, so no way to contact.

Purchased bandsaw blades have not been…
Purchased bandsaw blades have not been supplied. Supplier says they have been delivered without giving any proof. Supplier is unable to be contacted by telephone as it is not answered and their voice box is full. Suppliers says they have contacted me but I've not had any contact.
Since reviewing eventually they came back to me after seeing reviews and supplied the blades. It was however at the time a frustrating experience and I purchased some blades elsewhere.
