The good and the poor
I’ve only given 3 stars despite the products being very good as I found communication very poor. I tried to make contact by phone, messages left on an answering machine and by email but received no response to my query, although I continued to receive notifications regarding their products.

Mistakes happen but solutions count
Ordered three blades of the same size.
Received two correct and one too short. Emailed the problem and received a prompt and positive response apologising for the error and and confirming a replacement had been sent by next day delivery. 24 hours later all was well again.

Never received the item (bandsaw blades). Contacted them to ask why or provide an accurate tracking link but never received a reply. In the end, i applied to PayPal for a refund / charge-back.
