Their online store is joke

Their online store is joke — I've never seen such incompetent customer service from a company that presents itself as high-end and sells underwear for €100. They sent me the wrong product three times, and each time I had to pay for delivery. They told me they would reimburse the delivery costs once I returned the incorrect items, but that never happened.
At this point, it feels like outright theft.

Appalling! Don't buy their products

Appalling company! I ordered very expensive tights as a Christmas gift and they were supposed to be dispatched and delivered about a week after ordering. Only after the purchase did I see they were using an international courier to send them and everything was written in German including the tracking!! On the designated day the tracking said it would arrive, but nothing came and no phone call from the courier despite having my number. On the designated re-delivery day three days later, the same thing happened and I was in ALL DAY both days. Then the tracker said recipient not at home - a bare faced LIE (there is a loud knocker on the door so it could not have been missed) also they could have used the letter box on the door to deliver the package; it would have taken a small package with just tights in it! Why not just put it thru the letter box? Also, why not use the phone number which THEY ask us to provide, and speak to the customer! Then they would have found I was in!! Tracker said recipient now needs to collect the item from an airport (!!)!but with no proper collection point address! No telephone number nothing! No-one to call to enquire about this situation ! Also I cannot get to the said airport even if I wanted to, as I have no transport and a disability!! Who would eg take a taxi miles away to collect a pair of tights, no matter how expensive they are!? Absolutely crazy. Had the item been available in store like they used to be I would never have ordered online. I have emailed their customer service dept., to request an explanation for the shoddy service as well as a refund. I suggest people AVOID this company and do not buy Wolford products.

Unfortunately I cannot provide a good…

Unfortunately I cannot provide a good score. After having a wonderful experience with purchasing tights through Wolford in Marylebone London store, and subsequently them having no stock for another purchase I wanted to make…, I thought I would make use of the online Wolford instead . All I can say is-this… I am so glad that my tights did eventually arrive - because if they had not, I would be seriously out of pocket!!… Firstly, they used parcel force which I personally find very unreliable, having told me online that it would be DHL… After 10 days I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered…? I did not receive it.. parcel force decided to say that it had been delivered to a “Mr Laura “on Friday(not me!!!)… After a frantic and stressful weekend - because these tights are expensive and my order was nearly £200… My order was then delivered on Monday as if nothing had happened… I emailed three times overall .. firstly saying I had not received my parcel and asked them to investigate what had happened as Mr Laura seemed to be enjoying my tights instead of me !!… Then subsequently having received the parcel on Monday, I emailed again to Wolford to explain how concerned I was as a new customer that my parcel had been sent not via DHL and had “pretended “ to be delivered.. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE BACK!!… as a new customer. I am so grateful my parcel did actually come, but I will NEVER purchase from them again this way… I will simply go into Marylebone London store (by the way this is the only store left) and buy my Tights there instead… They are obviously not to be trusted and do not reply if there was a problem so please be warned… I wish I had read the reviews first before placing my order… I obviously was very lucky but anyone reading this, please…Just go into a shop and buy them because if there is a problem they do not answer ! Also by the look of other emails, if you did do charge back they then take you to court.. bring it on I say… I would see you in court any day of the week and I would WIN.. because if you do not reply to email sent to you and you have no phone number which you do not have then you are not providing any form of customer service whatsoever and therefore if you do not inform your customers at all and leave no alternative then - , the law stands with the customer. Wake up Wolford and provide the quality you convey in tights to also reflect in customer service - currently you are seriously remiss!!!

Please beware!

Wolford are THREATENING ME WITH LEGAL ACTION, yep, that's right, because I dared to place and win a claim with Paypal to get my money back. They didn't reply to any of my messages nor answered the phone and when the item didn't arrive for weeks and I needed it for an event, I asked them to cancel the order and bought the item from a local shop. Still no reply from them so I had to claim through PayPal, which I easily won. MONTHS LATER, shockingly, the item arrived at my address and was accepted by my concierge. I didn't know what to do with it since they didn't reply to messages so I just left it in a drawer and I had no use for it.
However, the story didn't end there. They are now sending me a final notice threatening legal action and claiming I owe them the original order cost PLUS the PayPal charge back fee that PayPal issues to companies who don't fulfill the orders.

Now I have to seek legal counsel and make sure they can't bully me any further

Substantial order unfulfilled.

I ordered and paid for a substantial amount of clothes in later December. I queried the order in mid January as it had still not arrived in London, and nor had I received an email confirming my order. Fortunately I still had the order number on a cached page on my phone. The firm replied saying that my order had been received but not yet shipped. A week later they issued a refund without and communication (I just noticed it on my credit card statement). It seems reading the other comments that I had one of the fortunate experiences- at least I got a refund without chasing. So Wolford- the products are great but what on earth are you doing running a sales promotion when you know you cannot fulfil the orders? Will avoid in future.

Got caught up in the scam too! Livid

There custumer service and store lady…

There custumer service and store lady is so rude . First they don’t even tell you that they will not give money back its absurd. I did not even wore the leggings and she did not want to take it back it had lable and everything on and receipt. Brand new leggings i dont know why she makes it so difficult. Leggings bad quality hold on to cold like a freezer . I am never going back there again! Tiffany

Is Wolford still trading?

I placed an order on 26 October from Wolford’s online store in Italy and have still received nothing … On 4th November I enquired after it and received a reply that it had been received and would be despatched in due course. Since then nothing .. Emails bounce back (I have tried multiple addresses) and the phone numbers don’t work (not even that of the head office in Austria). I wonder if the company has gone into receivership?

WOLFORD WEBSITE IS NOW A SCAM - AVOID!

I have been a loyal Wolford customer since 2007. I placed an order online almost four weeks ago and have received nothing. Like others, I received no confirmation email, and payment was taken a few days after the order. On my online account, the order status says "NEW." I have sent emails to three different addresses - all have bounced. Phone numbers don't work.

I visited the store on Kings Road. The manager was not able or willing to assist, and didn't really care. She said that there are 'delays' and that the company is separate from UK retail. She could only give me an email address, even after I said emails to that address (and others) were bouncing back and said to just wait.

All of the above - particularly the lack of communication or even means of communication - is totally unacceptable, not least from a high end label. I'm appalled that the online store is still running and the company is promoting itself on Instagram.

On the Companies House website, the company status is 'active.' I plan to file a complaint with Companies House. They are on Companies House under 'Wolford London Limited,' company number 0747514. If you have been affected, I suggest you do the same, and this might lead to action being taken against the company and refunds to creditors (including scammed customers). I'm also going to call Vogue, the Daily Mail, the BBC and Net-a-Porter to suggest they run a story, since there is a public interest in protecting consumers from a scam.

Don't order from Wolford!

I have been a loyal customer for years and unfortunately did not check here before placing a large order 2 weeks ago. The money was withdrawn directly, as so many other states, then, no order confirmation, no possibility to contact customer service (I've tried three different emails, they all bounce back).

I looked at their Instagram where they have turned off all comments. Not a good sign. I'm scared that I'll loose my money so I will be meeting up with my bank tomorrow to do a charge back on my card. It's unbelievable that there are companies out there, like Wolford, scamming their loyal customers.

If you don't have products to deliver, or a customer service, you should close your shop and stop taking payments. It's as simple as that! Why are you still making new posts to social when you can't reply to customers or ship orders?

Dont order from the website!!!!!

I ordered two times last week from the wolford website and still no confirmation about the order! But they took the Money! The Contact-Mail is not working, the phonelines are not functioning!!!! I feel scamed!!!!

I did not receive my order or an order…

I did not receive my order or an order confirmation, even though Wolford received my money.
I have therefore reportet to the Police. I recommend others to do the same, as I can see many others have had the same experience. Hopefully, Wolford will get back and explain this as a mistake.

I place order

I place order, for one week no any information about shipping, also nothing about number of order.
Email, telephones nothing works. I have feeling that i lose my money.
If you want lose al your money you can order by Wolford onlineshop.
Wolford coms from Austria, but service like the worst in all world.

No stock, no communications and take your money up front

Very similar experience to other, order placed with items in stock. Cash taken up front then no updates. After multiple messages I finally got a response that there was no stock and was given no expected date of delivery. When I asked for a refund after a month they said they would need to check with logistics if this was ok? All I can say is that the website is a mess and if you need things I would go and order from other retailers who at least know if they have stock and won’t charge you up front.
