Been researching REI since 3/2024 and attended some free seminars online. It wasn’t till an event call priced paradise that I was able to find the “who” to help me understand the “how” of investing works. Thats where I signed up thanks with the help of my daughters close friend who has been in this community for a couple years.
The community has been an excellent source of support which has knowledgeable and proven resources of information and advisors who hold you accountable weekly. Others members keep you positive in the mindset of a fellow investor.
I say to those thinking of investing….”Why not Now?”

If you are serious about learning the business of real estate investing. WNN is a community and mentorship program that gives you all the support, training and confidence to start your real estate journey. This is not a get rich quick program or scam. It teaches you the buy and hold strategy to achieve financial freedom. I was really serious about scaling my portfolio and have purchased six properties in my first three months. I could never have done it without WNN . Highly recommend if you’re serious about this.

WNN is a game changer. If you want to find you're start in out of sate investing, go no further. With WNN its a one stop shop. They will plug you into there network of rock star industry professionals. They have it all. CJ and the team got your back. They will answer all of you questions, while encouraging you all the way to your first deal. If you need a push in the right direction here it is!

I had a very disappointing experience working with WNN Properties, particularly with their marketing representative, Saul. From the start, he was unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of providing clear and helpful explanations, he repeatedly used negative language, making me feel like I was being talked down to. Phrases like “I have to repeat myself” were used instead of addressing my questions professionally.

Beyond his words, his attitude and body language were dismissive and unwelcoming, lacking the basic courtesy and respect expected in a client-facing role. His lack of patience in explaining the process made it clear that customer service is not a priority.

I had hoped for a smooth and professional experience but was instead met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. If WNN Properties values their reputation, they should seriously reconsider how they train and select their representatives. I cannot recommend working with them unless they improve their approach to customer service.

WNN has been a great resource in helping us close on our first investment property. Their concepts hold true and a big plus is you get one on one mentorship for at least 6 months because they’re dedicated in knowing that one is able to fly on their own. Even after the mentorship they still have weekly meetings to throw questions that may come along the way because there is so much to know about real estate investing. Very thankful for the team, the founders, and the advisors (shoutout to Shauna) for this group. Best of all is that we have also made new friends as we continue to venture with like minded people and to keep us motivated as well. Looking forward to more meetups and education to help scale our portfolio. Mahalo nui!

WNN's mentorship program is amazing. I started about 3 weeks ago and I continue to be amazed with massive support, resources, knowledge and valuable connections being offered to me as a new investor. The mentorship is a great and FAST way to start and learn real estate investments. It has been incredibly valuable in developing my knowledge and skills in Real Estate investment. WNN challenges me and at the same time, holds my hand while I stepped out of my comfort zone. I wasn’t in the program when this happened and the rental was not out-of-state, so I hesitated to tell my advisor the story…….I did tell my advisor the story, and what they suggested worked! Positive outcome!!!!

With so many others out there that over promise and under deliver, WNN provides everything you need from education to resources, boots on the ground teams, and most importantly, a positive support group that keeps you accountable and really wants you to succeed. They really help to build you up, not tear you down. They also understand that your success is their success and they show it in their actions, even if they don't say it. The WNN team really does go above and beyond what I have experienced and I have paid more for 4 other real estate education programs that don't even come close to this level of support. Yes, it was well worth the $$$. Thank you WNN!!

WNN is an awesome program. There are so many success stories and the reason is because the system is thought out so well. WNNs program teaches you how to properly invest in real estate by providing resources to help you through the entire process of learning to find the right market, analyzing deals, and executing a plan on how to successfully purchase the right properties to bring passive income and grow generational wealth. WNN has excellent advisors who respond to your questions on a timely matter, it really makes you as the student feel well supported. Each week there are multiple deep dive zoom calls which are excellent ways to grow in a community of passionate real estate investors. Each deep dive is held by one or multiple advisors. The resources provided are also extremely helpful in helping you to be as successful as possible. Creators of WNN, CJ Calio and his wife Jasmine have truly poured their passion, knowledge, and experience into the WNN program. It is a highly recommended program that truly embraces the aloha spirit which embodies love, showing value, sharing, caring, and being a part of a family.

I’ve been to couple mentorships but this mentorship stood out to me most and held me accountable on why I chose to do real estate. They gave me amazing tools and resources to fall on to when I was stuck. Awesome advisors who showed me the path step by step and guided me the whole way and still continue to check up on how I am doing. Love the community and the communication this mentorship provides. They are definitely more aggressive on helping everyone achieve their goal, the best and legit mentorship for sure!

I chose WNN because they specialized in long distance investing. I'm permanently living in Japan now, so it doesn't get much longer, distance-wise. The mentors and the community have been awesome. The WNN Investment group gave me a good foundation and start to getting my first out of state rental property. They are a wealth of knowledge and want to set their mentees up for success. The learning curve is steep on your own and WNN does help. I’d say this group was a worthwhile investment in myself. It’s challenging but they want their mentees to have personal growth.

Just starting off but already I've got a bunch of useful information. Also because my mom is not well, they allowed me to have mentorship with a pause button in case something happens with her. I appreciatd it so much.
