WNN Properties has been an exceptional resource in my real estate and personal growth journey. Their team brings a wealth of information, resources, and real-world experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the consistent access to knowledgeable advisors who genuinely care about your success and take the time to guide you through every step.
What truly sets WNN Properties apart is the culture of accountability they uphold—both to themselves and the membership. This creates a level of integrity and reliability that you can feel in every interaction. They foster a safe and supportive environment where people are encouraged to learn, ask questions, and grow at their own pace without judgment.
Beyond the practical knowledge, WNN Properties challenges you to rethink your mindset, expand your possibilities, and rewrite old beliefs that may be holding you back. Through their coaching and community, they help build your confidence and elevate your sense of self-worth in a way that goes far beyond real estate.
I’ve had the weirdest experience with this company. I signed up for a 45-minute conversation about training or some kind of other service they were offering, based on some videos they had. I received six or seven different reminders about the meeting by SMS and emails which already felt a bit pushy, and was also reminded to watch a (45 minutes long!!!!) introdution video, which was pretty pointless.
Then, 5 minutes after the begining of the zoom (where no one was admitting me), I got a phone call from someone else with a very strong accent. I have no problem with that - I also have an accent - but it was really hard for me to understand what he was saying... He told me that the other person was on another call and that he could explain things to me. The meeting was supposed to be on Zoom, and suddenly it was a phone call, which already changed the energy completely, but ok...
He basically had nothing to say. He didn’t know anything about the information I had provided before, so claims about “preparing for a personalized call” were, of course, nonsense. The caller clearly had no idea what he was talking about. At some point, I asked him very clearly, “I guess you are providing some kind of training or are you offering a service?” He said they were providing mentorship. I asked if he could tell me a bit more about that, and then he asked me again what I was looking for... I asked him if he could just send me an email with the information about their programs so I could consider it, and his response was, “What kind of information do you want to have?”
I don't know dude, you called me... It was a very weird conversation - very unprofessional. It felt like this guy was either an inexperienced scammer or someone sent at the last minute to cover for someone else. Considering that I already have three rental properties and was actually considering signing up for one of the programs they offer, the whole thing was just a waste.
I don’t know how real any of the other reviews here are, but this was my personal experience. The person who spoke with me was very strange.
Anyway - it was weird and not trustworthy. I would not trust these people - no matter how cool their social media videos are.

I’ve been a member with WNN for about 6 months, I have purchased 1 property and I’m in contract for my 2nd. The amount of training, recourses and confidence I gained would’ve took me years to achieve without them. I’m now on track to build generational wealth for my family!

A little bit about me: I am currently 43 years old and have had a little bit of real estate experience and currently run my own small little plumbing company in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. I bought my first townhouse at the age of 19 in Ewa and another investment property with a partner in Scottsdale, Arizona. That house in Arizona did not go so well. When I was 21, I didn’t know what I know now about construction and about life in general. I was part of the 2007 national housing crash. I did not buy right, and it was a lesson from the school of hard knocks. We ended up giving up the deed in lieu of foreclosure, the bank hounded me for about a year and eventually forgave my debt. However, the IRS then came after me for collection because they said the forgiven debt counted as income and they had their hand out for their tax money. I was able to get out of the large bill by utilizing a loop hole that a lawyer friend told me about: Offer in Compromise. To make a long story short, it was an ugly scenario where the IRS monitored me from 2007 all the way to 2017. In addition to this personal experience, I have more or less been scammed out of a lot of money via different mentorships. I attended one called Honolulu Mentor, where this guy was supposed to teach us the secrets to real estate investing over a 3-day course for $5000. I won’t mention his name, but it rhymes with mozzarella. He was a great speaker, and me and the rest of the students were excited, but after the 3-day event, he gave absolutely no support whatsoever and just walked away with about $25,000 of all of our money. I’ve also attended something back in the day called, “Trump University.” They had a 3-day seminar for $1500. It ended up just being a sales funnel where they brought us there to collect more money from us and didn’t really teach us anything. They were asking an additional $20k-$35k, depending on which program you selected. I was pretty upset about it. However, I knew there was a program out there that offered value. I just had to proceed cautiously and find it.
One of my plumbing customers had mentioned that he did the WNN mentorship and was successful in real estate currently. I looked into it and studied them from afar for about 3-4 months. After this, I joined the WNN Total Immersion program on August 9th, 2025. Although I look at myself as still a newbie in the space, I feel pretty confident that the remaining term of this mentorship will go very well. They have a very strong support network that understands the methods we are trying to implement. I’ve been on many calls with the owners and advisors multiple times every single week. At first, I wasn’t sure if they knew what they were talking about, but as I attended more and more zoom calls and meetups, I felt confident that they were the real deal and were very experienced in what they were teaching.
With that being said, I’m going to be honest with that you gotta be prepared for what you are getting yourself into. I think too many people join thinking that there won’t be much work involved. You have to think about how much time you are willing to set aside to learn this stuff. Most people have jobs or businesses they have to take part in as well as families. You need to find a way to make time. You need to be willing to sacrifice other things if you really want success: time at the gym, going out with friends, or maybe even some sleep. Also, having bad credit will not completely stop you, but it will make things a whole lot harder for you. Some of the things that are taught go against the grain and are uncomfortable for most people. However, growth usually happens in the uncomfortable.
I would like to close with this. If you are up for a challenge, feel you can be self-motivated when no one is watching, be coachable, and willing to do uncomfortable things in order to grow your knowledge and skillset in real estate, WNN Total Immersion Mentorship offers great value in my opinion. This might be the right opportunity for you to pursue. You get out what you put in. This mentorship can prevent you from making a more costly mistake like I did early in my real estate journey, and it can also help you build generational wealth. This mentorship offers the best value for your money that I have seen over the years.

WNN is a great company to join and be a part of. Their leaders really care about you. Brandon has been an awesome leader. He's patient, knowledgeable, very helpful, and I'm very pleased that he's my mentor. Thanks Brandon!

Joining WNN Properties has been one of the best decisions for my real estate investing journey. The support from the team has been excellent. They truly care about their students and hold them accountable, which has helped me stay on track toward my goals.
The mentorship is honest and direct, with guidance that is grounded in real-world experience, not hype. Visiting Kansas City and meeting the support team members in person was a great learning opportunity. Touring properties and seeing their processes firsthand helped me better understand how to analyze deals and what to look for in the local market.
I highly recommend WNN Properties to anyone looking to grow as a real estate investor with a program that offers strong support, clear systems, and a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

WNN has been very helpful in my real estate journey. I came in very new with little knowledge that I've been able to learn through podcasts and books. But having a mentor guide you and be able to answer all your questions has been very beneficial. My advisor, Brandon Rabe, has also been good at keeping me on track. Life gets busy but the weekly calls are always a good way to stay motivated and keep pushing towards your goals. I also enjoy how flexible WNN has been in terms of schedule. As long as you put in the work, you will be able to reap the rewards. I was skeptical at first, but they are definitely about helping others pursue their long-term financial goals. Looking forward to continue working with them!

I was referred to WNN by my Hanai Nephew Joshua Chinen! I would attend meet ups with him at Kapolei Taquerio and he would introduce me to WNN Members. I finally signed up and my Mentor/Coach is Shauna Kamaka. Shauna is loving, caring, supportive, and a great mentor. I appreciate Shauna and she wants me to be successful. Mahalo Joshua, Shauna, and the WNN ‘Ohana!

The WNN staff is amazing and helpful. CJ and Jasmine have created community for out of state inventors to make money and learn.

My husband and I started looking into REI for a couple of years and then I came across a social media post about WNN properties. We already owned a couple of homes in Hawaii and wanted to increase our portfolio and work on generating more passive income as we get closer to retirement. We attended a few other investment groups in person and zoom and they all lacked a sense of connection and relatability. From our very first conversation with Saul we felt so comfortable, to watching CJ and how he and his wife got started we knew this was what we were looking for. From the moment we signed on to the WNN community to meeting our one to one mentor Brandon we were so impressed with the resources provided, one to one coaching, strong group support from other WNN members, deep dive events, training videos, in person events to having CJ on zoom meetings helping to analyze deals and role playing scenarios to make you prepared. The successes and the support given by of everyone in this group especially our mentor Brandon is amazing. He kept us on track from putting in our first offer to closing. Such a positive REI experience, we’ve learned so much since joining WNN properties.

WNN and the community provided the push we needed to get over the hump and actually "take action". Real estate investing was always in our sights but we never actually acted on it, and never had a plan of how we were going to attack that process. WNN provided us the education of what REI takes, and gave us the mental/emotional push to actually take action. We joined WNN with very little knowledge and no experience...Within the first 4 months we closed on our first door...Within the first 6 months we closed on 3 doors and should close on the 4th door soon! That push was a big factor in our journey thus far! Thank you WNN!!

We are so grateful we decided to enroll in WNN. My husband and I invested in a few out of state rentals about a decade ago. However, we knew we needed more help, education and guidance. WNN stood out above the rest, as they teach the BRRR method as a way to maximize cash flow. The education, advisors, trusted team member referrals and like minded community members provide an excellent learning environment that sets you up for success.

Wnnproperties business model is based on the BRRRR method but with a unique way to increase your success in real estate investing. They do that by focusing on investment properties in the mid west area where the price points are within reach of the beginner and seasoned investor. When you’re remote investing you need a support team in the local area that you can trust and Wnnproperties has established relationships with realtors, GCs, lenders, property managers, property inspectors and others that want to ensure you succeed. The training they offer will challenge you but in a good way. You are assigned an advisor to provide guidance and answer your questions so you’re not going at it alone. As you build your portfolio and feel the desire to scale up Wnnproperties is also involved in commercial properties, if that is your goal.

We are beyond grateful for the WNN community that is quickly becoming family. Without our advisor Shauna and the mentors on weekly zooms we wouldn’t have been able to get to the finish line on our very first investment property. This community spoke life into us and gave us the confidence and knowledge needed to take action and trust in our teams. We are beyond excited to continue growing and expanding our portfolio with the continued leadership of WNN

The idea of investing in real estate had been in my head, but that idea would get doused by all the unknowns. WNN offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, a solid network in place, and good humans to offer proper motivation. WNN isn't a cookie cutter 'course' -- they take each investor's unique situation, set individual goals and show what's really possible. I've learned a lot about myself through the process, and would have been stuck in a loop without Shauna's tutelage and encouragement. Thanks to Shauna and the entire WNN community, highly recommend.

WNN really goes far and beyond real estate mentorship. I'm just an engineer who knew literally nothing about real estate 2 months ago to now owning my first rental property! I'm excited to continue to grow and I'm sure I have WNN to advise me properly. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience with WNN and was able to acquire my first investment property with confidence under their mentorship. I am especially grateful for my mentor, Brandon Rabe, who guided me through every step of the process. He held me accountable and gave me expert advice to help me reach my goals. WNN truly is a group of members who look out for each other and want to see each other succeed. I highly recommend!

I like how WNN is very supportive In helping thru the whole process and not just here is the Info now go do it. Yes you have to put in that work but they are right there to support and help you thru it all and willing to answer whatever questions.

WNN is a close-knit community dedicated to fostering success for all its members. From advisors to members and their extended networks, everyone is committed to providing support at every stage of your journey. However, your success ultimately depends on your commitment and participation.
To help you stay accountable, WNN offers weekly one-on-one meetings tailored to your goals. Additionally, members have access to a wealth of resources, including educational videos, recorded sessions of missed meetings, and live meetings throughout the week. Those who engage consistently and take action are the ones who achieve their goals. I’ve learned so much! Thank you, WNN!
