Worthwhile experience.
The whole experience was both professional and personal. Bidding was straightforward and easy to follow. MY Apologies To WLC
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, and now wish I had instead of writing a review entitled “Hugely Disappointing” which may have been detrimental to WLC auctions, I now realise I should have contacted them personally, my apologies.
I still think there is room for improvement in p/p and certain descriptions of products, however, I would now commend something which in my opinion is lacking in companies CUSTOMER SERVICE. WLC auctions has again proven to be Superb in their efforts to resolve my issues, which they have done.
Firstly an email, so apologetic and then secondly a personal call from a company director, unbelievable service.
Yes I was disappointed in certain things,BUT, and this is a massive but, please do not do what I did and write a review on WLC auctions
without contacting them directly. They are so helpful will resolve any issues you may have.
WLC auction house is difficult to summarise , Why, how do you summarise absolute brilliant customer service.

Our buyer’s commission is 15%, which is actually one of the lowest in the industry — many auction houses charge 25% or more, often plus VAT on top of the commission. Transparency around costs is something we take very seriously.

Go ahead and bid it cos they are honest about items and deliver fast
I have bought 7 items and delivery here but 4 items were broken during delivery so my sister phoned them cos I am deaf and can't phone and they were very helpful and sent replacement ones and they arrived here safe we have emailed each other rather than asking my sister to phone

Christmas presents
An auction (house) is not something I've ever considered when looking at purchasing a new watch, but with some pieces requiring ridiculous waiting times from the manufacturer, I gave WLC a go just before Christmas.
I've never bought used before, other than direct from friends, so was suitably nervous as to what to expect...
I purchased 3 watches, and each was exactly as described (immaculate), with not a single mark to be found - and everything else in order!
The purchase and payment procedures were painless, and the goods arrived incredibly quickly considering the time of year, with great communication from Martin and Declan along the way.
If you're impatient, too, would definitely recommend!

My first online auction
This was my first time with an online auction, so as you can imagine I was very nervous bidding for a rather expensive item, and then comes the payment process and the subsequent trust for my newly won item to be posted. However, even though there was a posting issue (on my end) the after sales team were without a doubt magnificent and kept me up to date.
