The service I received from WKG was exceptional. Timely delivery, great installation, all backed up with an extremely friendly and helpful team.

Having had some shocking experiences with fitness equipment suppliers recently, I felt that the industry had a pretty low bar in terms of service. WKG have shattered that notion and batted it right out of the park.

I hope as they continue to grow, Jon and the team are able keep up this level of service…something tells me they will.

This company have Platinum Customer Service, the best I have ever come across. I messaged them with a question one evening, expecting an answer the following day. Within 5 mins they emailed me back and half an hour later had the answer. I ordered my Zycle Turbo Trainer the next morning and it arrived the following morning. Trainer is excellent and comes with a 3 month coupon for Bkool, who also have excellent customer service.

I recently brought the Zycle zpro smart turbo trainer and very happy with it. Its a great price and very easy to set up, it has good connectivity so far with a laptop. I had a great experience with purchasing, Jon was really helpful from an initial query and helped in finding the right axle to work with my bike, first time I've had customer service this good. Would highly recommend the trainer and the business to anyone.

I took delivery of my SMART ZPro from WKG. I've used many different turbo trainers and rollers over the years. From my first session I was impressed by the natural and smooth riding experience. Being my usual over confident self, I immediately headed off up a virtual Alpe D'Huez on Zwift, having ridden this mountain I know what it's like, the ZPro was so realistic my legs were mush half way up just like the real thing! It feels really sturdy, was quick to put together out of the box and was super easy to connect with my computer, plugged in the ANT+ dongle, instantly paired and the changes in gradient were super smooth and really noticeable! Really happy!

Having just bought a Zycle Smart ZPro turbo trainer from WKG Sports, this review is to praise the company, rather than the item (which is great by the way!)
I hadn't heard of WKG Sports before, and as they were noticeably cheaper than other outlets for the ZPro, I was prepared to be disappointed. I paid by credit card just in case and took the plunge.
I am now thoroughly embarrassed by my caution, as the service has been the best I have received in a long while. The item arrived within 2 days (much quicker than items ordered from elsewhere on the same day), along with a follow up e-mail offering help in setting up. As I was after a spare part to allow my wife and me to use different bikes on the trainer, I took up the offer, and have been similarly delighted with the speed, friendliness and helpfulness of the advice. I cannot fault the service - it's been a pleasure to buy from them. Thank you!

WKG Sports’ Zycle Smart ZPro turbo trainer is a great way to get a gym-like spin class at home or to avoid bad weather. The Zycle was easy to set up with my road bike and connect to the Bkool app 3-month free trial (although the iPad version kept losing connection.) So far, the turbotrainer is proving to be robust and stable, and generally good quality, although in common with other turbo trainers standing up can be a wobbly affair. If you’ve already got the bike, or want time in your own saddle, this is an economical way to get in some effective training sessions without losing enthusiasm

Exceptional service from the get go. Not only have WKG sports helped me in a time in need during my career, the kit delivery was within a week of purchase and they kept me entirely up to date with where things were in the process. Jon has been on hand anytime of day with answers to my questions and has been very helpful when putting the bike together and the first few uses of it. The quality of the bike I have is amazing. I looks smart, works well, and is an 'enjoyable' way of training (if you call pushing your limits enjoyable - haha). I highly recommend WKG sports and will be using them for more equipment in the future.

I have to say one of the best services I've every used, fast delivery and on time. My Bike was delivered in perfect working condition, I didn't need to assemble the bike it was done for me which meant i could use it straight away! Ordered on the Wednesday Arrived on Saturday! The product itself is excellent, the quality and standard is outstanding. The customer service is always important to me and the communication and support I've had prior to receiving and post receiving the equipment has been brilliant. You want to trust the people you buy from, in a short space of time WKG gained my trust and respect as a company straight away.

Bullet (and sweat) proof piece of kit, great cycling movement and a really consistent display so you know when power/hr are off.

What a refreshing change! 

First off, the Zycle ZPro is an awesome bit of kit. Really smooth and super quick to setup. Very happy. 

Secondly, the customer service from these guys is about the best I've seen. I ordered the product from a 3rd party website which somehow they managed to mess up the delivery. WKG called me directly to intervene and I got my product the next day.

My dealing with WKG Sports was amazing from start to finish.
With the current pandemic all fitness products/equipment was sold out or on selling sites for crazy prices. I was in 2 minds what piece of equipment I wanted to use to keep my fitness up, I decided on the SynergyAIR Bionic Bike.
I exchanged a few emails with you guys and from placing my order to delivery it took 30 hours to have an amazing piece of kit dropped off on my driveway ready.
I 100% won’t hesitate to order from you again and will highly recommend you to anyone I know in the market for training equipment.
