Poor customer service, domain names settings control
I registered a domain name with them. Unfortunately, they don't offer a dashboard to control the settings. Instead, you need to contact them every time you require changes, which can lead to delays in receiving a response. The process is quite complicated, and I eventually decided to request an authentication code to transfer the domain to another service provider. it took them 7 days to refer me to the sales department, which then asked for a transfer fee and my new IPs.
I must be honest, managing domain names should be in the hands of the clients to ensure smoother operations.
