Outstanding customer service by Tim Clark

I had an excellent experience with WizFair, specially thanks to their amazing agent Tim Clark, I called because our ticket transit timing changed and he provided several options to modify our itinerary free of charge. This was my first time booking with WizFair and their customer service exceed my expectations.Tim was professional,helpful,and very responsive

Got fraud on my credit card after…

Got fraud on my credit card after purchasing ticket on their website , if its not someone working with them behind the desk , that takes credit card number of the customers to scam , there is a scamer plugged on their payement system, IT IS NOT SECURE ENOUGH , and now the cherry on the cake , i don’t know yet if the ticket is legit or not

SCAM! CANCELED 48 HOURS BEFORE FLIGHT

I have never written a review on anything before. I’ve tried bad food, bad hotels, bad Ubers, rude employees, and so many more bad experiences in my life. I don’t really honestly believe or feel that my opinion really needs to be heard. However, I am writing one today because I need to help others to avoid the situation I have gotten myself into. I bought a direct ticket to Costa Rica over two months ago and they canceled within 48 hours. They offered me a flight that will take twice as long(not including layovers) and a 4 hour layover. I am unable to make their proposed flights because it doesn’t fit within my schedule and it would’ve costed me a lot more money to do so. They informed me that my only option would be to cancel my ticket. The only tickets are first class tickets and those were 6x as expensive as when I bought them. I basically can’t go to Costa Rica now and I can only blame Wizfair. So please! For the life of me! Don’t use this website! SCAM! P.S. I would’ve wished they informed me sooner so I could have had more time to plan.

I purchased FlexiFly flight tickets…

I purchased FlexiFly flight tickets through wizfair to go to Croatia on SAS Airlines and now that I need to cancel, wizfair tells me that the flights are non-refundable, even with FlexiFly. I also bought travel insurance but it does not cover cancelling due to change of plans.

The real deal i promise

We arrived at the airport about four hours before our international flight to Barcelona, only to find out it had been cancelled. We had to frantically book new flights on the spot and immediately received our “booking in progress” email from Whizfare Travels.
We called customer service right away and were connected with Davin, who helped accelerate our booking and stayed on the line with us throughout the entire process. He was calm, collected, incredibly responsive, and reassured us every step of the way. Thanks to him, we were able to confirm our tickets, check in with the gate agent, and legitimately save our holiday.
We are so grateful for Davin’s professionalism and support during such a stressful moment. He truly made all the difference!!!!

Direct flight changed for stopover night before travel

I booked a direct return flight within the US 2 months prior to my travel date. The evening before my outbound flight I tried to check-in online and was unable to do so. When I called Wizfair they told me their booking agent had cancelled the flights and they offered me flights with stopovers and inconvenient travel times instead. After sharing my disapproval of the alternatives they offered to keep my return flight the same but forced me to accept a different outbound flight with stopover, longer travel time and earlier departure. When I arrived at the airport for my earlier flight it turned out that seats for my original direct flight were still available. Don't understand why they changed my flights. It caused a lot of stress and annoyance and I will never book with them again.
