Hard to reach, keeps delaying a resolution, very scammy, I can't believe still in business

I booked a flight through Wizfair Travels, a part of Wizfair LLC, on 12/16/24 around 10am PST. I paid on the phone and received my flight details (itinerary). I was informed that I would receive my tickets within 24 hours. Not receiving anything by then, I called on 12/17/24 around 11am PST. I was told that I would receive my tickets within 2 hours. Not receiving anything by then again, I called on 12/17/24 around 7:30pm PST. I was told that I would receive my tickets within 3-4 hours. When I insisted on a written confirmation, Wizfair agent Pedro Gomez sent me an email stating that my ticket was in progress. On 12/17/24 at 10pm PST, I received a confirmation that my booking was confirmed, with PNR 4UFSK3. I went to the airline's website (Southwest) and verified that there was a booking in my and my travel companion's name with the correct dates and times. On 12/18/24 in the afternoon, Nathan from Wizfair ticketing office called me to tell me that I had to change my flight, or they would cancel my flight. I stated that I was not available at their proposed time, and that I wanted to keep my original flight. Nathan said that either I would agree to change to the new flight, or he would cancel my booking. I said I would call them back and hang up. I called Southwest Airlines, who confirmed that I had a reservation, it was paid with my credit card, and there was no reason to change the flight on their end--the flight was happening and I had two seats. 25 hours before the flight, the reservation was still active. I decided to check in when it became available, 24 hours before the flight. However, when the check in window opened, I no longer had a ticket. The airline website gave an error that the reservation was unticketed. I called the airline to verify. Airline representative informed me that the booking was there, however, the travel agency (Wizfair) had suspended it due to nonpayment. The airline agent sent me an itinerary, where I saw that credits from my original tickets were moved to the same flight at a fare more than three times what it cost at the time I had confirmed my flight status earlier that day. I called Wizfair Travel on all of their available phone numbers (Ticketing: 844-877-3042; Reservations: 888-709-2635; and 888-880-0009). No one answered ticketing calls. I talked to Stacey from reservations at 10pm, who told me that her manager would call me in 15-20 minutes. I called back at 11pm, talked to Pedro, who transferred my call to ticketing. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I called back at 11:20pm, Pedro said that ticketing would call me back in 20 minutes. It is now 1am. No one called. I call ticketing number and no one answers. I am filing complaints with BBB and FDC to get a refund.

This company owes me money

This company owes me money. The boss Joven hires me to run his advertisement and defaults my payment. My payment is only $703.42 but he decided to disappear and give me lots of excuses. Even with Court Order to pay me, he ignores the Court Order.
