Good potential, but cannot recommend

These guys have a lot of potential. Unfortunately I had to re-edit my review down from 5 stars.

The last 2 months before I decided to close it were very frustrating due to their yearly review process.

First of all, our account has been blocked without prior notice or deadline for submitting the info (some of which take time just to obtain from authorities, apostille etc).

Secondly, the process itself is done in an extremely unpleasant and unhelpful way. The compliance communication was not helpful; for example, our emails were refused as not coming from the known email address even when this wasn't the case (was sent from the right email address) at least twice. The amount of exchanged emails around such a simple topic is incredible.

Thirdly, our director has been doing physical authentication and submitted his ID photo 4-5 times already, and the response is always rejected without helpful info. The company's director is the same as last year, and had already authenticated with Wittix before. Nothing's changed. All of this was done a year ago -- same people, same ID, same company structure -- why does our account get blocked less than a year later for validating the exact same thing.
Sorry, but cannot recommend.
Still leaving 3 stars in hope they improve on this point.
