I am an avid online shopper and from time to time things get a bit wonky. However, after purchasing 2 shapeware from lilylove I was very disappointed with the quality and fit. It was nothing like what was advised. I decided to start a return- which their policy states that you must send an email first (no one responded) to request a return....first red flag. It goes on to say that they will determine if a refund will be issued and if so it will be processed in 10 business days. Additionally, they advised that returns that is mailed back without emailing first will not be accepted. There is no phone number to call, no one responds to the email provided and no messages on the site are answered. It has been 1 month since I have started trying to process this return to no avail.

I placed 2 orders with LilyLove on 1/5/25. I received 1 order completely WRONG. I ordered 3 size MEDIUMS but received 3 3XL'S. The other order I have not received AT ALL. I HAVE EMAILED COUNTLESS TIMES TO NO AVAIL, I HAVE TRIED TO CHAT COUNTLESS TIMES TO NO AVAIL. This makes no sense.

I wish I can rate it as zero. I ordered four products from here. I received them and was very unsatisfied with all four of them as soon as I tried it on the zipper completely broke before even zipping so I didn’t open the second one which was the same. The other two were the fabric Fajas and both of them were just not very tight at all. They were very loose and the material was nothing what I expected so I reached out for a refund. It took a while to get a response over a week and then I was told I would get a refund for half and I can keep the rest I said, even though I didn’t want any of the products I just didn’t want to do the hassle of having to go do the return so that getting 50% off refund, especially considering that one of them is broken so cannot be used. I said OK but it has been me emailing them back-and-forth for two months and still nothing now they just stopped responding after a few apology emails of we’re gonna expedite this return refund. it just makes no sense that it takes over 15 days and now it’s been over two months and I stopped getting a response after December 29 . this company is very unprofessional. I still have not got a response and still didn’t get a refund and still have their cheap ass products in my possession that I do not need and cannot use. Do not order from them.

Customer service was quick to sort my problem out
Ordered quite a few items, one gets refunded a day or so later with no explanation. When the rest came one of the items was the wrong size, I contacted customer service and they responded immediately with a solution. The items themselves are actually really nice! Will order from there again.

Empty Promises. Avoid this company
Ordered a set on the 2nd of May from their website, it was clearly in stock. By the 8th as I hadn't received it I chased and was told it would be dispatched the next day.
On the 17th May they informed me it was now out of stock even though it was still being sold on their website.
Spent over £100 and they offered me either a refund or an exchange, before I could make my choice they refunded me.
The owner informed me that one of their stream stresses had to go off on mat leave early, which is fine and understandable, but why lie on the 8th May that it would be shipped out the next day when there was no intention to complete the order.
As such I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, regardless of their nice sets and designs, they have been incorporated for long enough to understand business needs and customer expectations in transparency and honesty and have totally failed on this.
Their mission is "to create a brand that empowers women to self love and feel inspired." but instead they have a brand which devalues customers with dishonesty.

They sent me the wrong size and ignored all my emails. I even private messaged them on their instragram and was blatantly ignored. I gave them almost 2 months but still, no reply. I wish I had paid with paypal so I could claim my money back bcs now I just wasted 100GBP...
They list their sizes as if they do actual bra sizes (32A, 32B etc.) to appear as if they're size-inclusive when they're actually alpha sizes (XS, S, M etc.). All in all, I do NOT recommend this company at all. Very sneaky and NOT honest.
I agree with previous review: "This company have only their own interests at heart rather than looking after their customers!". They will NOT redress their mistake if it means costing them money.
I recommend boux avenue for lingerie. Real bra sizes, very inclusive in sizing (28 and 30 band sizes), great quality, great customer service, beautiful designs.
