There were some confusing issues I had…
There were some confusing issues I had with servers being suspended that their help documentation didn't even mention. Fortunately the help staff was incredibly helpful and solved all my issues.

One of the best and cheapest hosting, it might even as well be best, personally great support team and services. Though I would love to have paid hosting for DataBases such as MongoDB or PostgreSql.

Do not waste your money here
The support team have no idea what they are doing.
I asked a question about my website and enabling SSL, the staff who responded sent a link to a guide on preventing DDoS attacks on Minecraft servers. After I told him this is not what I needed, he ignored me and stopped answering my questions and solving my issues.
After this my website was constantly going down for SSL errors. I contacted WitherHosting Staff again and I was told they don't deal with technical issues. I started t Not only that I purchased a 1GB minecraft server, the server has one plugin and my server overloads and maxes out CPU when ever a player joins the server. This also happens when changing worlds. The performance is so bad, its worse than free hosts. Do not waste your money here. They do not care about their customers.

I have looked through your live chat history, and I can't see where a DDoS guide was ever sent to you, so I'm not quite sure what you mean there, sorry.
It appears your SSL wasn't set up correctly by yourself and was giving you the errors. After we instructed you to regenerate the SSL certificate, I can now access your website and webhosting dashboard SSL section perfectly fine. We are sorry that the staff member that tried to help you at the time wasn't familiar with webhosting.
On the note of the 1GB server, I can't see that in your service history; did you purchase it on a separate email? Depending on the versions of Minecraft, even servers with no plugins can be demanding of more RAM than 1GB. If you open a live chat about this issue, we can look and see if any optimisations of your startup arguments or software can be done to mitigate the issue you have been facing.
We do care about our customers, we have dedicated support staff and management who all aim to bring the customers the best experience possible.

Amazing server hosting with even better prices
I have been using WitherHosting for over a year now, and I have to say, some of the other reviews I have read are just incorrect or user error.
WitherHosting has a great and friendly support team, and have always helped me with the few issues that have risen whilst using there services in a timely manor.
I have now had 3 different types of servers hosted with WH; Minecraft server, web server and vps, as well as helping my friend get setup with his own vps. All of these servers have had minimal downtime, excellent support and have rarely crashed or anything like that.
As well as all that, WitherHosting offers amazing prices that are very hard to beat.
