couldn't upload files because website refused somehow

couldn't download modpacks from curseforge because it wouldn't load

even if it lets me upload files, if there is a 0 kb file it's gonna cancel middle of nowhere instead of not uploading those files

asked for a refund and they didn't even let me know when i'll have my money back

This can't be normal, I have reached out for help through the website help center chat on 3 different occasions and each time I have had to wait more than 12 hours for a response, I still don't have an operating server with the modpack I chose as no moda load on start up. just want a refund at this point to go somewhere else!

I've used witherhosting for every server i've ever hosted, they're cheap, always easy to use and the staff are always helpful

Good service. I got helped in just less than 24 hours after creating the ticket. Only thing I can say is that responses could be a bit more complete, providing more details, in order to be able to determine next steps.

They have the best deals for what you want. I was figuring out how to run a modded Java Server for me and my siblings and these guys were very easy to work with. Great customer service! Would highly recommend this to others trying to run a Minecraft server.

Prices are super competitive - ease of use is great too. Highly customizable servers - but it's the service that truly sets them apart. Any help you need it super quick and effective. I've used a multitude of competitors like Bisect or Nitrado and none of them come anywhere close to the quality you get with Wither.

The service itself is good but has many flaws and bugs its not even completely automated. The support staff is too slow and bad, when a company that is not completely automated and requires staff actions so it should have a good support panel. Utterly bad service

Support was amazing, and the service is byfar the best hosting I have used!

One of the human administrators, Jochem, got to me within 10 minutes and did the whole process of migrating my server from the previous host for me. It took up to 30 mins total and it works perfectly! The actual service seems top notch so far, but I will let you know.
