Do not order anything from these rogue traders. Ordered 3 items which I never received. Told me I needed to pickup from a pickup point, but this window was closed to pickup (baffled). I had no correspondence about pickup point.. still don’t know where I had to pickup from, as I gave them my home address. Refusing to give me refund…!!! Absolutely robbing bast…s!!!

i bought a gucci bag from wish that cost £100 and i wanted to return it because i had one of them from my boyfriend and the shipping said they would not take it because it was broken! Money Wasted...very upset DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE MONEY😥😥

Do not buy anything from this web site. It will probably not look like the thing you thought you were getting, will be dreadful quality and trying to get to return the item is practically impossible. I bought a tee shirt - it finally arrived after a long wait and was nothing like the one pictured in the listing. Wrong colour!

Bought lashes set absolutely terrible had more strands on my own eyes. Won't let me return even though i hadn't opened them . Never buy again terrible quality don't waste your time or money 😡

I recently received a order from wish and an item was missing a silver ring,I have contacted customer service an told them how the ring had been removed an the empty packaging placed in the bag with other items an sealed.customer services have failed to respond to the live chat service an took my money for the ring that was stolen from one of their employees never will I use this company again they are disgusting an ignorant

Take your money out of your wallet, and set it on fire. You will have a far more enjoyable experience than anything you might purchase from them.

The entire experience is dreadful, from the glacially slow delivery speeds, the exorbitant delivery fees (so they don't have to refund you for the entire price of the item). To the disappointment when your rubbish item arrives, and you discover that it is indeed, rubbish!

I had seen a wide variety of comments which left me rather confused so as a new customer, I decided to take advantage of an introductory free gift (I just had to pay for the postage). I received an email confirming receipt of my order and another confirming despatch. The postage charge was taken immediately from my account. I was not too surprised when the item was not received!

T-shirt ordered finally arrived. It is far smaller than the sizes advertised. I can only get a refund if I pay to return the item, which would cost more than the item itself.

Unlike most people who've left reviews I did actually receive my goods - but the quality of the clothing is exceptionally poor, not as the picture shows - sometimes even a different style altogether. I now have some 'around the house only' clothing. Will not use again. It's not a case of 'you get what you pay for' - in this case what you get (if you get it) is not worth even the low price paid for it!. Utter tat.

A seller on wish could not fulfil my order. So I was supposedly refunded my money. But after 28 days I have not received it.
All attempts to contact wish has failed.
I simply get an automated message saying that a customer service agent will respond in 2-3 days.
There is no phone number nor place of address to write to wish.
Enail also gave no reply.
I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company

i purchased some led lights for my camper, they arrived broken, wish sent me return address labels, i sent it back got the receipt as proof of return, wish would not except the proof, getting no joy from wish 1 month later i went through paypay and got a refund straight away, i no longer have any dealings with wish, very poor company.

Used to be some bargains among all of the rubbish but now even the copies of watches like Omega and Brietling are £120+! What a rip off! Same watches on Sara app, £25! But delivery to long. I would never pay that much for Chinese goods when you don't know what you are getting quality wise or even what was advertised. One watch I had even the chrono parts of the watch didn't work with fake buttons that did nothing. So why would I pay £120 for that?

I bought a 10" tablet/phone from Wish. It was a good price so I thought I'd give it a chance. On arrival the tablet looked OK and seemed to work well. I was surprised when it actually was on a 5k network. Then I started to notice I was Getting strange text messages and was being charged for text messages I had not sent. On investigation I found two apps on the phone disguised to look part of the operating system. I disabled them but there was no delete option. Each time I restarted the phone the disabled apps were enabled again. Once I turned the phone off permanently the messages came more frequently, so the phone has obviously transmitted my details to some scam-site. I'm hoping my wi-fi network is secure but am changing the log-in because I entered it in the phone.

The phone is in the dustbin now where it belongs.

I contacted Wish and am waiting for a response.

In my opinion you should never ever consider buying anything from Wish. You just don't know what they are going to include for free.

Don't buy anything from this website! I recently tried to buy a Computer lead and was sent something totally different (a Video Lead). I tried for weeks ,even using thier 'dispute resolution process' to get my money back ,but this system is 'automated ' with no real people to speak to and just doesn't work!!#

Very very dodgy company, regularly send fake goods from China. Overcharge you for deliveries, poor customer service

Any company trading in the UK must comply with UK law but Wish don’t seem to understand this. No matter your complaint they simply state their terms and conditions. The products are useless and not as described, and very often broken or have latent defects and not fit for purpose.

Purchased a phone and hard drive from them, the hard drive would not connect or format, the phone was used and had ear wax on the earphones. Contacted Wish and all you get is a std reply saying they can’t do anything. If you like wasting money then use them, if you want quality goods and great customer services the go elsewhere

Just don't buy anything even if the price is attractive.
They will not deliver even if u wait 2 months. You will get an email after 24 hours saying shipped then when you wait a month and wants to cancel they will say sorry we can't cancel because its shipped.then after another month of waiting they will say sorry will send u another one.
Just avoid buying anything from China.
