All I can say is there is no contact number to ring - customer service emails takes a few emails to reply and if you need to send anything back, you can't due to covid?
AVOID!

Once again I gave this place a chance and yet again they simply let me down, I ordered mens summer shoes and double checked foot sizes with uk and and European foot measurement tables and the footwear that arrived wouldn't fit on a child let alone me. They take your money and just do not care. Scumbags!

You can get some good bargains on Wish. Delivery times are very variable. I ordered some reusable makeup remover pads. They took about 6 weeks to arrive. My GF was very impressed by them so i ordered some more. They came in about a week.

Most products I have ordered have been pretty much as advertised. I guess you get what you pay for.

Having used wish several times before I should have known better judging by the previous experiences.
However one last chance I thought!
Unfortunately yet again I have been let down due to the fact that wish use Evri as their preferred courier.
Everybody in the UK know how rubbish they are at delivering parcels.
My parcel managed to get all the way from China to the UK only to get to our local depot and then the usual trouble starts.
Message from Evri on the tracking page stating there is a holdup with my parcel.
Meaning either it's damaged or lost either way you are then stuck in limbo as you can't contact Evri and then you send wish a message through their online system, which deffinately isn't based in this county! You get aessage back saying our representative will be in touch in 2 tp 3 days. Sometimes they get back to you but the answer usually has no resemblance to the question.
Then you have to send another message and so on.
Eventuality you get a refund that usually takes a further 10 days.
I could have cycled to China and back in the time it takes to get your money back.
I would suggest that you get your house in order Wish or eventually you won't have any customers left.
I for one won't waste my time any more.

SCAMMERS! I wish I could put minus stars! Terrible service. Learning disabled person mistakenly ordered AirPods which were priced at twice the price from Apple direct. We tried to cancel the order immediately but were refused. The order took 6 weeks to arrive. Their policy was to accept returns with a full refund if not delivered within max timeframe. We couldn't return item because courier requires phone number and email address which were not given, and NZ post will not accept items with 3 lithium batteries. $544 out of pocket with no recourse at all. In addition we just checked the authenticity of the AirPods that were sent and find that they are fake not true apple AirPods as advertised. Customer service takes 2-3 days to reply to any message. This is terrible service. Do not buy from WISH!!! or you will WISH you hadn't!

I ordered a butterfly reath for my front door wish said it was delivered but I have never recieved it don't know if I am going to get my money back. This is the 2nd I have not recieved but never got money back

I keep getting alerts and promotional messages if after I have Unsubscribed more than once. I have tried to raise this matter through Customer Service agents and all I get from them is instructions on how to Unsubscribe and asking me to Unsubscribe.

Be very careful what you order. Wish have some good deals but remember you usually get what you pay for. Another problem with Wish is if they send you a wrong item, they will ask you to pay for returning it. When they receive the return of the wrong item they will not refund the postage you pay to send it back.

Brought digal clock u can have freestanding but don't work properly as for replacement but won't be shopping at wish again I don't think another 3 weeks probably if they replace

Returned a pair shoes didn’t fit they say the shoes haven’t arrived but I’ve shown evidence that they have signed for the package but still saying they haven’t received the package and still haven’t received a refund which by law your meant to receive a refund immediately I won’t be buying from wish again

Ordered a cheap set of solar power remote controlled lights, received correct lights but no remote control.
Advised to return and they will refund, as if I'm going to return to china, and that is what I'm sure they rely on.
Never again hopeless setut.

Customer support of Wish is useless. They don't respond to complaints properly. They give completely irrelevant answers over and over again pretending they have solved the issue.

I ordered 4 items from wish and put in a discount code which was excepted and was told it would be taken off at checkout. My money was taken with no discount. I have messaged wish several times about this issue and they just kept saying the code wasn't valid, but my arguement is you should be inform that the code is void before they take the money. Each time I message them they just repeat the same thing, so now I know it was one big scam and I will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 items from wish to be picked up. I have had no notification that they had arrived and now it says I can no longer receive my items. I will no longer shop on wish and will be telling my friends. I tried to talk to someone and they couldn't help so my problem has gone to another customer service person that will take 2-3days. The items were due on 5/7/22.

Purchased a few clothing items which I thought were well priced. The items didn’t arrive and I wasn’t refunded. They make you feel like you’re buying something cheap but they do this a million times over with no intention of sending out the item and accepting online money transactions with no intention of refunding their customers.
Contact your bank and flag them up. They need to be stopped.
