How can you promote a new card when you can’t even figure out this current one

I was satisfied customer for couple years and I used my Wirex account often and gladly. Unfortunately, everything has changed 21st of January 2021 when my account was blocked. I still don´t know why and what has happened. I got couple useless emails from support but with no explanation or advices. I don´t understand why they don´t care about their customers. Support is terrible and without real help. I am totally frustrated and dissatisfied, and I see there are a lot of people like me. I am not going to give up and I will be solving it for sure.

Worst company ever! It's been 2 months since I requested the closure of my account and they have made it difficult in every single step. I've already had 14 email exchanges regarding this matter to date and is still not resolved. They can asked Trustpilot to remove my review again but I will not rest because what I'm reviewing is a true personal experience with this company.

Unfortunately wirex is a waste of time. I wish never met them. My blood pressure level went really high only because i invested with wirex. Gratefully the ordeal ended and i was able to get my funds back all because i reported to the right company. ref u nd c art really helped and i know they can help you too.

Wirex changed Card providers on 16th of march fair enough .Since then they have completely washed their hand of the Redemption process which has locked away my money this company holds £5550 of my cash never heard of them before we are in massively different time zones but "Sent me an Email" So I should expect my money who knows where,and held by a company across the world with little interest in PR or respect for me! Used to be my favourite site for crypto and payment.
I cant top up my account. I keep getting errors.
I tried to contact support
multiple times they just throw u away and never answer.
I kerp gerting errors trying to connect my card.

i cant do nothing since they dont want cudtomers i guess.

Really sad they hve gotte. so bad and unhelpful.

Dont just throw them into the bin.
How is it so hard to help a customer who gets errors trying to top up their account.

What ever you do, do NOT use these people. I’ve had £3000 taken from my account and had nothing from Wirex just lies. They don’t care about the customer and have no idea wear or who took the money. They should be shut down

Had an account with them for several years. Was okay paying the equivalent of £5 per month in bitcoin. Then I heard negative reviews, tried to transfer my bitcoin to another provider. Kept coming up with unable to do so, due to a technical fault. Several days later, they took over 50% of my bitcoin with no warning or reason (over £3,500) at the time. Refuse to respond to any communication. The matter has been sent to the financial ombudsman before I will take legal action. Steer well clear, absolute charlatans.

Ive used them two years ago and it was fine, even had their VISA card. But now the c*cksuckers have started with a storage FEE, they have also started charging ENORMUS sums for transferring Crypto.

Of my €200 they stole €60 just to transfer to another wallet outside their control. Leaving me with a sour first time Crypto experience and only €130 left.

REMEMBER, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR OWN PRIVATE KEY!

I have never ever writen a review for any application that I use, but Wirex just made me do it. I have been trying to verify my address for the last 5-6 months ( yes, months ) with 3 different official Bank statements and Wirex simply do not accept official documents ( I really do not know what they accept ). My accout accordingly is locked and I cannot use my funds and they have been charging with this ridiculous storage fee... For the past month I am trying to close my account , but they simply do not respond ! The worst company and services ever ! Please stay away from them.

Be very careful. If your not a terrorist or into money launderer Ing then this company will block your account and steal funds from your wallet under the pretence of KYC. I have been mining BTC and send my mined rewards to the wallet and my wallet was rinsed by wirex after locking my account. DO NOT TRUST THEM STEAL

Stay a million miles away.. check reviews wirex are robbing everyone. Blocked my account when I forgot my password!! They owe me €950 and send me an email offering me €0.90 to go away as "I have violated their terms and conditions" - utter SCAM!

everyone complains that they don't receive incoming wire transfers, but instead of fixing that, you spend your time doing one-off advertising. for 6 days I have not received my transfer since, I am waiting. wirex have you become thieves now?

I invested with wirex and was unable to access my funds so I applied for a card which I received but on receiving this card found my account blocked I tried many times to contact wirex asking them to unblock my account and never received a response as why my account had been blocked I find this very unprofessional and would advise anyone not to invest with them

Two months have now passed and my Wirex account is still locked. They also don't respond to my emails, would like my money back that is still on it. they are scammers. If they don't unblock my account, I will pass them on to Interpol. My patience has come to an end.

I will strongly advise people not to transact with Wirex. It is easy to sign up and deposit funds into your account. Unfortunately, you might not be approved to use their services afterward.
When you then try to withdraw your deposited funds you will probably face problems. Wirex charges up to approximately 180 USD in BTC per day for inactive accounts which means that your crypto probably is gone when you try to withdraw your funds.
It is also not possible to call them and when you write to them the answers that their customer support gives you are laughable. They give you generic answers which show you that they have not read your e-mail. If you have too much crypto or FIAT and nobody to give it to then Wirex can be a good option, but otherwise, stay away.
