Today we picked up our new car from wings of skoda and what a wonderful experience the whole process has been. Buying a new car can be really stressful, but wings of skoda especially Jacob carty who made it actually easy and enjoyable.
Today we visited the very clean and air-conditioned show room where there was plenty of cold drinks on this hot day.
Jacob spent lots of time walking up through the cars features even sinking up our phones to the car, and only when we was happy drove away

Having been to several garages and online business to find a car , I visited wings and what an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service is amazing coupled with an attitude that nothing is too much . The service took me back to a time when people cared about customers. Car Booked for an afternoon MOT having had an afternoon repair 2 months previously after a regular service identified an issue needing attention.
On all occasions I had an excellent experience, with great service.
Special thanks and mention to Becky who looked after me on all 3 visits, explained the work required and costs that could and could not be paid under my service plan clearly on the first visit and was really efficient and customer focused. I was offered drinks and was able to make use of the customer work area available upstairs on my last 2 visits. A great plus and something I was very grateful for. There was also no pressure to pack up and leave as soon as my car was ready, I was free to carry on using the space until I was ready to go

Very friendly helpful staff (Becky) who welcomed me and kept me updated and supplied with coffee while I waited for the service to be completed.
Having the facility to work while I waited is also a big bonus, and the complimentary car wash made it a 5 star experience- thank you!!

Wow! Thank you Wings Skoda at Peterborough. I had a fault with headlight and indicator that I discovered on route to work. I called their service team, spoke with the wonderful Becky and couldn’t have had better customer service. Not only was my car repaired once diagnosed and part ordered, thank you to the mechanics team for a superb job, the courtesy car made continuing getting to and from work a hassle free experience. I highly recommend Wings Skoda at Peterborough for excellent customer care and trusted repair services.

Efficient, polite and delivered a top class service. My car needed new front brakes and four new tyres. I collected the car in the morning and drove to Birmingham. On the way back an accident occurred on the M6 and a car span out of control, hit the central reservation and flipped over on to its roof. I was able to stop without crashing into it with 10ft to spare. Thank God (and Skoda) for doing the work for me today. If I had hit the car, the poor soul inside it may not have survived. As it was I am truly grateful to Wings for your efforts to keep me safe. Thank you.

I have been unwell for 2 years and have needed support from Wings to organise my yearly services and explain and advise me what I needed to do with paperwork and appointments. I had to phone many times and Leanne Humphrey was always helpful and patient. I really couldn't have sorted all this myself so I'm very grateful for her hard work.

I can’t recommend Wings of Peterborough highly enough their customer service is outstanding. I have been to another well known local garage when buying a new car for the salesman to not even get up from his desk, and say to me. “You can see that model over there”.Their sales, after care and customer service is excellent. Just had my car serviced and mot's at Wings and found the whole team to be very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and even though I forgot to take my MOT voucher with me, Becky(?) on the service desk sorted it for me in no time. And she also made me a great cup of coffee.
Excellent seating area for waiting and free guest WiFi too.
They even washed my car which was a great touch. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
