We can’t no longer pick up our wine at the Dollar General store in Sneads Ferry, NC . They gave me a pretty dumb excuse , “ the store seldom accepts wine deliveries “
When I m out of town they are more than glad to hold my wine until I get back . I will miss the summer sale because I ll be out of town so I can’t accept the wine delivery at my house . Will search for other wine delivery outfit .

I have tried twice on two different browsers to purchase 14 bottles of wine but am rejected each time after 20 minutes or so of effort. I have carefully reviewed my orders and payment information but clicking PAY NOW does nothing. How can you remain in business by rejecting interested customers?

Put the items in my cart and went to checkout. Entered credit card info and hit pay now. NOTHNG! Tried another browser same result. Apparently there was a software glitch which has been fixed.

Picking the wine out was easy but after all the information was put into their system, I hit the Pay button and nothing happened, I tried several times, backing out of the website and starting over and the same thing. I called customer service, and, of course, nobody answered. So much for customer service. They obviously don't want to stay in business.

I've ordered from Wine Insiders twice now, with mixed experiences that ultimately ended positively. While my recent order faced some delivery challenges, I appreciate how Wine Insiders made things right.
The delivery process can be complex, especially with age verification requirements, but patience goes a long way. When issues arose, Wine Insiders' customer service, though initially could have been more sympathetic, ultimately showed they cared. They provided a gift card to compensate for our inconvenience, which was particularly thoughtful given our extra travel to pick up the package.
It's worth noting that once the package is with FedEx, many issues are out of Wine Insiders' control. However, they still took responsibility and worked to resolve our concerns.
The wine itself is excellent - my wife is thoroughly enjoying her birthday gift. I'm puzzled by comments comparing it to cheap wine; in our experience, the quality has been impressive.
While there's room for improvement in some aspects of their customer service, Wine Insiders seems receptive to feedback. Our first order was flawless, and despite the hiccups with the second, their willingness to make things right earns them 5 stars from me.
If you encounter issues, I recommend communicating clearly and patiently with their team. In my experience, they're committed to customer satisfaction and will work to resolve problems.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I received my order on August 1, 2024 and one of the bottles I ordered came without a seal on it. I am unable to attach a picture but this is unacceptable, how am I supposed to know that this bottle was not tampered with. Not only that but I expressed this to their customer care team they blamed the transit and said the seal came off while it was being transported and instead of replacing the bottle, they offered me a store credit and expected me to purchase more wine. How does a seal just pop off of the bottle during transit and how arrogant can you be to think I would purchase anything else from you as if that isn't a safety concern for me and my family. It has been a week and they have stopped responding to my emails, worst service ever. At this point save yourself trouble and don't spend any money with them.

I had a very complex situation that eventually was traced back to a problem I caused while re-activating my account. The support staff was very patient with me and extremely helpful and courteous. I was also very pleased with their use of email to interact with me and to summarize the activities.

I've been using them for years and they're 99% accurate all the time. A couple hiccups here and there but typically my (excellent) wine arrives within a few days.
I have placed several orders with Wine Insiders and have been doing business with them a few years. They always ship and deliver very fast. Whenever I have had a problem , they respond very quick and resolve the issue fairly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. It is nice doing business with a company that makes it so easy to do business with them.

We have had numerous orders with Wine Insiders. We normally get a mix of red and wine. We have only had 2 or 3 bottles that we didnt like and have had well over 100 bottles delivered through the years. I just joined the Club and misunderstood the shipment details. I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved my billing situation.

If you love a good wine deal and can tell the difference between two buck chuck and anything else, hold on to your wallets. I supposedly got a “gift” coupon for $100 off a half case. After receiving the shipment and checking on Vivino, I found only 3 were listed. All had an average price under $4. All ratings 3.7ish.
The customer service person who answered my email was illiterate. The wine is awful and I blame myself for failing to be a good consumer.
