The membership and purchasing of wine wasn’t as self explanatory as I would have liked and I bought bottles of wine without even realising (thought I was just browsing). But once bought the bottles arrived very quickly and the price of them was pretty good

I saw the post on Facebook for the Scaranto Toscana offer. It certainly looked like good value. I received my order for 6 bottles within a couple of days, so that was impressive. I have to say that the wine is completely delicious. However, I somehow subscribed myself to a £119 per year subscription. It may have been obvious to some, but it wasn’t so obvious to me. And it was a little bit stressful trying to stop that. It would have been much better for me if an idiot proof 1, 2, 3 format had been used to explain what was going to happen and when and how. I, like many other people, have been caught out with such things before. Having now had time to reflect though, I am re-subscribing. But I’ll keep an eye on what is happening.

Great offers, on other wines,but not seen offers on the whispering Angel since my first order, knowing that I stated that wine is a priority for me & the took the yearly prescription that I was not aware of & couldn't get a refund when asked
A little disappointed

My order was very quickly and smoothly delivered. The champagne was exactly as promised and currently being enjoyed!!

I subscribed to Winedrops twice by mistake and they took 2 payments. when in contacted them Edicel the customer care lead responded within a few minutes explaining the reason and with a refund note. Excellent service. One for them to double check is duplicate subscription against same email address though as this is as a result of loads of email marketing messages.

Great wines and easy to use website, super fast delivery

Amazing Service” I never thought it could be this easy to get wine delivered to your door’ so much easier than carrying it yourself” so much choice and better wines than any supermarket offer” I’m on my third purchase already in three weeks” best wines at amazing prices.’

Buyer beware!! I never authorized the charging of my credit card for 4 wine bottles by simply putting them in my shopping cart. And even worse with your deceitful scam of your online ordering process is that I can’t log back into my account to see the bottles in the account without agreeing to reactivate an annual $99 membership, which was not disclosed prior to my initial purchase. Fortunately, I recognized the undisclosed annual membership fee after the initial purchase and cancelled in time.

Fantastic wine offers and well curated selection!

I have used Winedrops for a while now. Great discounts if you choose well and a wide selection of wines to choose from. When ordered, delivery is always quick and never had any issues with any product.

Wine was shipped really quickly, well packaged , great value and delicious!

Placing an order and taking payment only to subsequently advise the product is out of stock is breach of contract.

I then found a ‘ship now’ button which repeated the order of the product out of stock.

Charged twice. No product available. 4-6 week wait.

Absolute charlatans.
