Really great selection of wines and excellent customer service. I had an issue where a bottle was missing as it had smashed in transit. Edicel in the customer service team replied almost immediately and added a new bottle to my basket and added a credit to cover the postage. Really impressed by how quick and easy the issue was resolved! Thanks Edicel!

This app does have a subscription but over the last couple of months I have more than made it back.

The membership and purchasing of wine wasn’t as self explanatory as I would have liked and I bought bottles of wine without even realising (thought I was just browsing). But once bought the bottles arrived very quickly and the price of them was pretty good

I saw the post on Facebook for the Scaranto Toscana offer. It certainly looked like good value. I received my order for 6 bottles within a couple of days, so that was impressive. I have to say that the wine is completely delicious. However, I somehow subscribed myself to a £119 per year subscription. It may have been obvious to some, but it wasn’t so obvious to me. And it was a little bit stressful trying to stop that. It would have been much better for me if an idiot proof 1, 2, 3 format had been used to explain what was going to happen and when and how. I, like many other people, have been caught out with such things before. Having now had time to reflect though, I am re-subscribing. But I’ll keep an eye on what is happening.

Great offers, on other wines,but not seen offers on the whispering Angel since my first order, knowing that I stated that wine is a priority for me & the took the yearly prescription that I was not aware of & couldn't get a refund when asked
