Reliable

Always deliver on time and so very reliable. Wine is a good price. Well packed too. Just allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. Web site good and quick with PayPal .

Great quality wine and top sellers

Great quality wine and top sellers, you get that special one-to-one relationship and individual attention which makes your order worthwhile. Delivery is super fast and you get notification when your wine is due, all in all a very trustworthy and caring company. Marion

Not received my wine…

Having not received my order as promised I emailed them 3 times no response. I then left a message onmessenger, no response. Made a claim on PayPal and suddenly got a phone call apologising fir none delivery as they had not got any of the wine I ordered! They are still advertising it for sale. Would not recommend this company Update a phone call from the company complaining about my review, I told him I can only state the truth and would not alter my review. Would not deal with this company again.
I have just read the reply to my review and I think they must have got me mistaken for someone else as what they reply is totally wrong to my experience with them.

Hi Geoffrey, we ordered in a specific product for you - at your request, which is no longer produced by the brand. A colleague informed you that it would take a little longer as we had to take a different route to source the wine.

You purchased one case but we have to buy in big volumes. So you are absolutely correct, we are still stocking this product. This review is disappointing as we bent over backwards (as we do with all our customers) to source a wine for you that was not available anywhere in the world.

Easy to order. Good communication about order and status and super fast delivery. Said within 5 days came within 2 days with great tracking for time of delivery!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from…

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Wine Deals Direct and found them to be very reasonably priced and great on delivery. They keep you well informed of how your order is progressing, even down to a mapped location via the Shop app.
Will definitely be using again.
