Rude and not efficient

Rude.
Not efficient.
Overcharged.

I don't recommend. If you have Renault, go to Roscommon dealer.

When the car was under gurantee, they could not find faulty. Now the car was broken down with the same problem in the middle of rush hour causing more traffic, they still have car after 3 weeks, no updated, actually hang up and overcharged.

Problem reported every time we had service, did not find it. Either careless or cant find/fix. Either way it is dangerous for drivers. Honestly in my sincere opinion. Very disappointed.

Windsor motor mall N2

Booked my 22 month old Renault master van with 38k on the clocks into this fine establishment for its annual service then to be told it was a major service and i also reported it had an issue with the rear brake pads wearing without the brake wear light activating on my dash, while booking it over the phone I was told it would be washed and cleaned which was included in the price plus a rental would be ready for me, this would be the first lie I’d be told in this adventure,
Dropped the van off the morning of the 20/8/24 to no rental ready for me as it wasn’t booked in, I had to wait for them to arrange a van for me at a higher charge of course,
As I went on my merry way within an hour I received their detailed health check list from their highly qualified technician, with brake works being flagged at a cost of €793 as it needed new brake pads as the original ones had worn and also damaged the brake discs, all this happening without the warning brake wear light going off on the dash, the damage was shown in a picture taken from the hole in the steel rim of the wheel without the actual wheel being taken off for a proper inspection as to why the wear light had not been triggered, now I was happy to pay €223 for new brake pads due to wear even at 38k on them I feel they should have lasted longer but I’m guessing Renault are making their brake pads out of recycled golf balls, but at the same time the brake wear light should trigger as a warning to change brake pads before they get to a point of steel on steel and damaging the disc,
When I questioned to why this didn’t happen, Graham on the service desk that seemed highly skilled and experienced in making excuses to avoid the 5 year warranty covering any of the costs explained that one pad was wore 100% while the pad with the sensor was 90% because calipers are not designed to wear pads evenly, Tesla have cars that drive themselves and Renault can’t make a caliper that equally wears its pads and as you can guess this is completely horse 💩!! Upon refusing to pay for work that should be covered by warranty I was informed that I would have to sign a declaration to release the defective vehicle, a ploy I assume to make people think it’s a legal obligation to pay extortionate prices, nothing had to be signed on pick up as I received the van back in an unwashed and uncleaned condition, take note all nct failures are driven away from the centers.
Afterwards I brought the van to a small local garage in celbridge to which I was informed the calipers are seized which is causing it to wear one pad more than the other to which the mechanic mentioned should be covered by warranty! There technician would have seen this in his inspection had he taken off the wheel, this didn’t happen due to them not getting paid for new disc, Apparently Renaults 5 year warranty is just a sticker on the front windscreen,
While I know Windsor motor mall are not alone on trying to avoid warranty repairs on vehicles as I bought this vehicle in Kearys belgard with a defective media unit which was only refunded in small claims court, I had hoped Windsors would have flown higher than the rest but it would seem all these main dealer garages have the same behavior of HOW MUCH CAN WE GET THIS MORON TO PAY!!
As Iv resorted to getting a local garage to fix this issue at a fraction of the cost, I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with this glamorous dealership to think twice and for the love of god try somewhere else to avoid an expensive disappointment!

Worst experience in Galway Nissan do…

Worst experience in Galway Nissan do not go there and compare what you been promised on quotation to what you sign in in reality was buying new Nissan Leaf 21 model for my old car was told I get 19500 trade in.
When come to collect my car and sign paperwork it show that I'm buying 18 model and trade in was 17500. Manager who was doing this "super deal" start explaining me that he needed to make up figures as he is practically loosing money.
Never buy with them and do not fall on Windsor Replay with their hello@windsor it is automatic mailbox noone looks on this.

An excellent experience from start to finish - thanks to Daniel

We bought a car recently from Windsor Belgard. We were delighted with the care and attention we received, particularly from Daniel who had only recently joined Windsor. In fact, I understand we were the first to buy a car from him and we will absolutely be recommending Windsor (and Daniel!) to our friends and family in the future. Our best experience ever when buying a car.

Oh my god shocking from start to finish, reserved a car online on their website for €99 , went in at 9:45 in the morning was told to take a seat and someone will be over , 10:30 still waiting so i asked somebody whats going on? Someone came over nearly 10 minutes later waiting an hr to talk to someone for him to say the car is was waiting to look at had already been sold the website doesnt update itself ????? Seriously
From the hr i was sitiing in reception 5 /6 all came in with complaints or problems they were having or had with their cars would stay clear most of them were concerned about what they were having for their breakfast rather than looking after the 5 people sitting in recption waiting .STAY AWAY !
