Window Nation did a fantastic job replacing all the windows in my home. They showed up at 7:45 & had the job completed at 2:30 same day. They were very professional & courteous. They put down tarps both inside & outside each window. They vacuumed the floor & base boards under each window. Kyle & his crew were terrific!

Received incorrect doors and a window measurement were wrong
I purchased two doors and eight windows. Unfortunately, I have issues with the doors and one of the three windows that are attached to each other. The door I received is not the one I ordered, and the manufacturer assembled the door backwards. I had them installed on 7/9 and I am currently waiting on the Ops manager to come out on 7/27 to address my concerns. I had informed the sales manager that day regarding the installation and my concerns. I am aware that there is a personnel issue at the Raleigh office because the sales person who sold me the job is no longer employed by the company. Additionally, they have appointed a new sales manager and an operations manager within a three-month period.

You guys canceled the first installment date, and did not give me another scheduled date. Two weeks later I reached out to the sales guy, then he contacted the office. Finally, they scheduled my window installment date. The windows installment guy was an odd character. The framing windows work appearance is not satisfactory.

Nation Windows Staff - Ignore your request.
I reached out to them several times and they just ignore you. For example, I requested a copy of my invoice from the Nation Windows Customer Service and then directly from the sales representative with no results.

Lost Glass Space
The windows I received are great quality. The problem is that the molding is so thick that I lost 2 inches of glass space on both sides (4 inches total). I am now left with much smaller windows than what I thought I would have. I feel the salesperson did not do a great job of explaining all of that to me up front.
