Folks a little piece of friendly advice! Allow negative reviews on your products, don't just upload the positive reviews. If a review is honest and factual then you need to allow it. Customers need to trust what they see and this kind of behaviour from a company is quite disgusting. It's stopped me purchasing from Window Cleaning Warehouse as i just have zero confidence in what im buying!
Update: 30th April 2025. Tom at Window Cleaning Warehouse kindly gave me a call today and explained the situation with regards reviews on the site and made things much clearer to me and how it all works. It was really good to hear from him and he actually restored my confidence, it was very informative and very helpful. The fact Window Cleaning Warehouse actually contacted me about this and didn't just ignore or reply with the usual old tired explanation was so appreciated. Stop sending me emails Which are a waste of time

A spotless and streak free clean (even in the sun)
Bought 3 WCW Precision Microfibre Cloths to try having used various other microfibres with little success on windows. These cloths are without doubt, the very best I have used, so quick. Will not use anything else now

No one tells you that you have to clean your solar panels annually in the sales pitch. This can be a problem if the accessibility is difficult for trades people! Problem sloved by purchasing my own pure water cleaning kit and doing it myself! (Only recommended if safe)!

This is the worst company I have delt with I ordered two filter housings which they said was in stock and needed them the next day which I paid for. The next day I wanted to know that they were actually going to arrive that day and was told that they didn’t actually have them in stock and hadn’t bothered to tell me until I rang them so I asked for a refund and am still waiting for this refund so please don’t deal with this company
