Windgoo B20 fire hazard
I have unused Windgoo B20 bike bought directly from windgoo UK. I found out upon trying to sell it that it's been recalled. I have not had mine recalled. Customer service is non existent. I'm 400£ down with no advice or after sales from windgoo as to what to do! UPDATE : ALL EXCUSES UK BRANCH NO ANSWER ON FIRE HAZARD BIKES, WINDGOO EU CANT/WONT HELP. IN WARRANTY BIKE FIT FOR THE SKIP

update on my Windgoo Pro garbage 🗑️ e bike that never worked not one day since opening 🪟 the box 🎁 it never even went out through the door 🚪
so what did I do??? I gave it to a shop called Curry's as they do recycling of anything electrical
so I still stand by what I said a few years ago.. "Windgoo your e bikes are garbage 🗑️
2 years must of past by now so somewhere around 2022 I presume

No customer care for recalled B20 bikes
Brought 2 of the windgoo b20 bikes which have been safety recalled due to the batteries catching fire while charging. I emailed windgoo and guess what no response!!! so I have 2 of these bikes I can no longer use. Awful customer service. Do not buy from this company!!!

I bought an electric bike.( E-20)
Although there was a problem with the first shipment, it arrived undamaged in the second shipment. It seemed to be of very good quality, but it was too heavy for me. It was not possible for me to fold it and lift it or carry it up two flights. I reported this problem and they took the bike back and refunded the money. It took a month in total, but thank you for resolving it.

Bike came in with a problem with the chain. The company reimbursed me for repair costs. Led to some stress and discomfort but must say company did solve it. Other than that bike seems fine.
