E20 Folding Ebike
Bought E20. Delivered in 5 days. Quality bike at a great price. Easy to put together straight out of box & folds up in a few secs & pops easily into the back of my Hyundai i20. First ebike and find it very intuitive with the amount of power it gives & a great range. Highly recommended.

I purchased a b20 39 days ago , I have used 3 times ,it barley moves with me on it and probably lasts a couple of miles at best, I contacted Windgoo as purchased direct,WOW, they really don’t want to know,every excuse,emails very abrupt and uncaring,I will never recommend or deal with Windgoo again, hundreds of pounds down the drain, thanks windgoo ,and if Windgoo reply on this review and say contact you want to help, I have contacted and no one wants to help.

Awful!! Avoid at all costs
Ghastly experience! I ordered an electric scooter for my commute to work and back (a 5 minute journey)- within 6 months the locking mechanism failed and the scooter won't lock upright or folded. Contacted the contact@windgoo email regarding the same- requesting for a refund or support and they don't reply at all. First few times they replied was beating around the bush- send multiple pictures- videos, etc. After sending them all the evidence, not even a single reply! God awful service and quality of scooter. Definitely reporting the scam company to the consumer ombudsman.
An absolute bunch of cowboys. The customer service team came back saying they can't fix the scooter anymore and I should go get it fixed at a local shop. Considering the scooter has barely been used and is still within warranty. AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS at all cost. They will sell you an expensive product and leave you to your luck

E20 order fell through due to lack of stock. Refund on it's way. Disappointing, but the immediate response and pro active attitude from the Windgoo team has been excellent. I'll reorder when the boat comes in!

Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered an electric scooter for my niece's birthday. It took 6+ weeks for the order to be delivered. My order hadn't even been processed until 3 weeks had passed and I had to contact customer support 6 times. When the scooter was finally delivered, it broke down within a week of my niece using it. I have never wished for a company to go out of business more. Trust the one star reviews, and avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is crap and the product itself is worse.

Please please do not purchase any product from this company!
I purchased a scooter from this company and the battery gave up after my son only riding it a handful of times and had to replace it myself.
And now a few days ago the handle bar frame snapped in half whilst my son was riding it which has caused significant injuries!
I have emailed windgoo regarding this but they did not accept any responsibility for it.
They are selling products unfit for purpose!
This company needs to be shut down to prevent any other person becoming injured as they seem to be selling faulty items to customers, putting them in danger which is not acceptable.
Currently in the process of legal action regarding this matter as this product should not have been sold with such defect.

Repair/replacement unavailable
Unfortunately the scooter I bought had error code E1 within 30 days of purchase. I had a positive experience with customer support who were quick to respond and the advice was very clear to try find a solution and resolve the issue. Communication was always prompt and I was kept informed of next steps.
The scooter ultimately needed a new motor which is no longer available as the model has been discontinued. Initially I was offered a partial refund but once it became evident that the terms of the warranty had not been met a full refund was provided.
