Poor quality products and delivery took a very long time. Whilst I was able to get a response from customer service, they weren’t able to cancel my order even though I requested it a few hours after placing the order which is not uncommon, I agree. But the delivery company they chose lost the items and when they did arrive, it had taken a very long time to reach me. Again, not customer service’s fault but everything I experienced with the company didn’t inspire confidence and the quality of the goods was poor. No returns note or invoice included with the items when they finally arrived nor instructions on how to return them. Plus, the items were squashed into a tiny bag so they were all screwed up if I had wanted to keep them which I did not.

Wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing from this company. Absolutely not based in the UK, despite the information on their site. As a consequence, delivery took close to a month (not the 2-3 days advertised). Shoes arrived in a grey plastic bag wrapped in sellotape, much as if they'd been sent via an online marketplace or drop-shipper.
The shoes themselves bore a passing resemblance to the website picture, but the quality of manufacture was very poor. Extremely undersized for a UK 6, with very little internal support in the sole. Heel looks like it was stuck on in five minutes and would probably last as long. Generally unfit for purpose as a shoe, and potentially dangerous to walk more than two steps in. Honestly, learn from my mistake and save your money for a reputable company who are honest about their location, goods and services. As other reviews have mentioned the travesty of their returns process, I've decided to take this one on the chin and bin them. Too much time wasted already, and I put a great deal more value on my feet and my life to try wearing these shoes. Awful.

Dreadful! Clothes were not at all as pictured, and when I asked for a refund - as per the website - I received a list of all the costs I would incur to return the items: "returns are currently processed through our international facility overseas. Customers who choose this path typically encounter high return courier fees that often fall around $40 to $50 or more, depending on location. Packages need to travel overseas, pass through customs, wait in an inspection queue, and only then can a refund be reviewed. The timeline is controlled by international carriers and customs rather than by us, which can lead to long delays, tracking gaps, and additional clearance fees that are paid by the sender."
NONE of these had been mentioned anywhere on the "full refund" returns policy

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor quality fabric and no chance of a return. Company has offered 30 % off only. Not holding out in getting the money back yet. Don’t pay attention. To their returns policy it does not exist. Would never buy from here again and wish I had looked at the reviews before biying

I ordered some cargo shorts which have taken nearly two weeks to arrive and…
Absolutely shockingly bad quality. Nothing like the advertised product. Far too small, they won’t even go above the top of my thighs, I ordered size Large, these have no size label on them, but must be a size Small. The material is so cheap and thin, if I hold them up to the window, I can see the colour of the cars in the street through them. I’ve been robbed!

This is a scam company
The garment quality is poor at best.
The returns policy is terrible.
It costs up to $50 to send an item back and they offer up to 30% refund.
Don't use them

I’ve given 1 Star as not able to leave no stars. I read the returns policy all seemed good…until you try to return charged $30/50 nowhere is that written on their site.
The dresses were ok but sizing way off.

Dont even want to give them one star. Absolutely terrible. I ordered a dress, looked like a cotton/linen blend floaty summer style. It arrived 3 weeks later nothing like the picture online. Cheap, shiny, stretch crimplene type fabric. Terrible shape and badly made. On requesting a full refund I was offered a 10% refund and keep the item, order I can return it at my own expense which would have cost more than I originally paid. Terrible company. Dont go anywhere near them!!

One star because you can't give zero!! Fake set-up and claims that returns cost $50 per item! Bearing in mind they say they are in London, this is absolutely disgusting. They won't refund the products which are not at all as advertised. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY".

As all the other reviews warned, this company is a scam. There are several good reviews on their website that are most likely generated by themselves. They use a ‘professional, personable’ style process of communication if you email them whereby they apologise profusely for the poor quality of the product, offer a partial refund and 25% off your next order. By then they have made a 90% (less the likely low cost of production) profit on your shoddy item.
I told ‘Emily Parker’ in my email that I hoped they would face legal consequences for this scam at some point.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I bought from them as they stated they are based in London, which apparently has now moved to China. The photos of the shirts I ordered along with their description was spot on to good quality shorts I’d bought elsewhere. They state ‘easy returns’ which is far from the truth! You can send it back for MORE than you paid for the item. When my shorts arrived it was a million miles from what I had ordered! The material was different. The stitching shown in their photo was different. EVERYTHING was different including the size! I ordered an XL but I couldn’t even get them over my thighs and as I tried, the zip broke! I’m not that big despite ordering an XL.
When I complained I was told their returns policy and how much it would cost. I was told I could keep them and they offered me 20% refund. Despite several emails backwards and forwards, I eventually got 40% refund.
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND IT IS DESPICABLE THAT THEY CAN ADVERTISE AS A BRITISH BRAND AND DEAL IN POUNDS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible company - I bought a pair of sandals in the correct size. They sent a larger size. They wouldn’t take it back but sent a replacement - correct size but ill fitting. Now they won’t do anything more and I have two pairs of sandals I can do nothing with.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! They sent a top which was a total disgrace. I have requested a return to no avail.

Do not order from them. Absolutely appalling. Don’t believe the picture or the words. Shoes arrived damaged and they would not pay posting costs for a return. Many emails and telling them they were in contravention of the Consumer Rights Act and still no give and just offers to take a % off. In the end I got my money back via my credit card.
I also bought dresses that the photo showed as stitched/embroidered cotton. They arrived and were flat, printed and very plastic dress.
Go to your credit card company for a dispute over quality and they got mine fully refunded.

DO NOT order from these people. How I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand! As many have reported, the company claim to be London based but the goods take weeks to arrive and when they do - catastrophic disappoint. They are so far from the description and photos it’s a joke, cheap Chinese polyester rubbish. Getting a refund is a nightmare, when they eventually send a return address - guess what - China. The postage costs more than the goods are worth. How is this allowed? Who do I to report to?

I bought a dress on line, it took ages to come and when it did I mistook it for something free that Temu had sent. It looks nothing like the dress advertised and the quality is shocking. I reached out to return the dress but they don’t accept returns and just want to refund 30% of the price of the dress and for me to keep it. I do not want to keep the dress, it belongs in the bin. I am going to report them to trading standards.

This website is very similar to the well-known online brand from China, but it is extremely more expensive. Don’t be misled by the look—while it has the same style, you’ll pay a lot more. On top of that, their returns are really hard—you have to cover the cost of return shipping. I wouldn’t recommend it.

A company that appears to be engaging in fraudulent activities. I, like others, have spent a significant amount of money—over £155—on a purchase, only to later read alarming feedback about their practices. It’s concerning how they pretend to be based in the UK while potentially misleading customers.

I attempted to cancel my transaction multiple times, especially since it has been six days since my purchase and I have yet to receive any confirmation of my package being sent. Additionally, I expressed my need for the items quickly, but my concerns seem to have gone unheard.

It is shocking how inconsiderate and ruthless some businesses can be, leaving customers in a state of anxiety regarding their purchases.

If I could give a 0 or below I would. This company is fraudulent. Cheap items, False advertising and no satisfactory outcome for customers. DO NOT buy from this group which is based in China
