Everything is so beautifully made and customer service is just great. My latest purchase was a selection of their new animal Christmas decorations. Highly recommend them as little gifts - or, like me, gifts to yourself!

Super helpful staff and tremendous choice
Rochelle at Willow and Stone was really helpful with my online order. She kept me fully up to speed with the despatch and delivery and was able to handle all my questions very expertly. Also the shop is marvellous, such a lovely destination in Falmouth hosting a large variety of wonderful home wares.

Beautiful brass doorknobs and A* customer service. Who would have thought door knobs could be something to get excited about. Thrilled with our purchase, lovely quality and appearance. But even more so the customer service experience helping us to choose the correct hardware (latches etc). Definitely an 'over and above' experience. Would highly recommend.
