This is the 2nd time Andrew has been round to service our Stove & Sweep the Chimney. Being new to a multistove last year following our house move he has been very patient in giving knowledgable advice. He is professional throughout his visit and after he left it was like he'd never been here. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Called last month to book a sweep and confirmed a date. Called to check timings only to be told they lost my booking and couldn't get another one in for over 3 weeks. Really unreliable.

It is a slick operation from booking an appointment to the follow up with a certificate of the work done. The operator was very knowledgeable about the use of appropriate wood types, to the service they can offer if your fire/stove needs parts including the specialist glass needed in the door.

The man who came to my friends house was punctual and efficient.she is 86 and I do most of her organising.she said he even wiped down the door for her.another friend of ours was there and was so impressed he asked me for your phone no.well done Wilkins.see you next year.

This is the third time I've used Mark from Wilkins. Excellent communication both before and after the sweep, he's always on time and does a thorough job at a reasonable price. I have more than one chimney and they are always cleaned at the same time, with no fuss. Highly recommended

I phoned fire showroom Amberglow on Cheshire oaks because the glass on my woodburner had cracked and needed replacing. The helpful sales person recommended Wilkins. Wilkins ordered the glass and rope which was brought yesterday and fitted, and the chimney swept. A reliable and trustworthy company.

Ian from the Tyneside branch did a brilliant job, gave me some good advice about placing the carbon monoxide alarm, and left the living room fireplace as clean as a whistle. He's also really friendly. HETAS certificate issued showing all tests carried out.
