Was seen quickly after leaving work with an emergency concern about my eyesight, we seen quickly and taken care of in a nice environment, all staff helpful polite and booked me a follow up appointment for next week, thank you.

The professionalism and kindness of the staff whilst waiting and during my appointment made the time go very quickly. In and out in no time, with prescription and glasses on order. Kept it simple.

Always a great experience at Wilkies. Took my daughter for her first eye test. It was at her pace, everything explained and staff were great. I’m a regular but always treated so well, all staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend the great service and very thorough eye tests and treatments.

As soon as you walk in staff offer you a friendly welcome. Desk staff are very efficient. Nicola, my optician is efficient and her friendly approach alleviates the stress of a visit to the opticians.

Jack in particular is incredibly good at his job! The kids love getting their eye tests done. He is very thorough and explains everything really well while making it a fun experience for them. Highly recommended & trusted local company.

Great customer service. I put my wedding ring in to be redone in white gold, it came back looking like new, and my necklace had broke so I put it in to be fixed. My necklace also came back like new.
